Great staff that were helpful, but not constantly pestering or pressuring us to buy something. We were given good info and were able to setup a home estimate without feeling like we had to buy in that moment in order to schedule one. A good place with decent options.

The level of customer service made me feel supported and confident in my order. With all the online ordering I do, I forgot how meaningful a quality interaction can be with a team of people who seem to enjoy their job.

Matt, at this location represents the brand well. Really, a solid communicator that sold us on the durability of the LL (Durvana) waterproof / hybrid resistant vinyl plank tile. Our installer gave it a thumbs up too. He made the experience from walking in the store to select possible selections to delivery and finally installation a breeze.

Great price on great flooring. Good customer service so far. I was able to get a better quality flooring cheaper than at menards, lowes, or home depot. It's been months and they called to follow up with us. I appreciated it. Will certainly be checking with them for our next flooring need.

I bought some CoreLuxe LVP from the store. Since it's my first time to try LVP, I felt it was more difficult to install the LVP than the drop-click laminate planks. So I ended up having to return them. The two gentlemen in the store this morning were very helpful and the return experience was quick and smooth. Great customer service!

I have always had great experiences here for my supplies. They have been on time and reasonably priced. I have price comparison shopped, and they offer better quality for the same price. Customer service has also been great to work with.

I was researching hardwood vs engineered hardwood floors for my place. Found LL to be super helpful with providing an excellent education overall and I also learned about EVP engineered vinyl plank flooring which is more water resistant. Felt the prices were fair and reasonable with a nice range of products. I did take 2 samples home to see what would work, and would definately work with them again!

best prices I had home depot give me a estimate and they were going to charge me for an extra 400 square foot of product over the size of my basement. I understand having waste but they also were charging labor on it. lumbar liquidators estimate estimate was a lot lower than Home Depots based of that

Jason and his team mates have always been siteful and helpful. I am surprised with the "bad service" reviews. I have had nothing but great business with these guy's.

The store vibe gives off a friendly atmosphere, from the smiling faces to helping me with my questions/concerns. VERY friendly and knowledgeable. I will be coming back for all my needs
