I had a very poor experience with Carmen Bradley. I was looking to rent a property in Utah, I offered to pay 6 months in advance. From the very start she did not seem interested in trying to actually rent out the property along with poor communication. In the application I listed two references, one reference received a list of questions the second did not. I reached out to her multiple times about the second reference not receiving anything. She replied “check spam” “nothing is coming back on our end, resent”. At one point I got frustrated because the second reference was still not receiving anything, so I asked if I could provide a third reference to move the process along. At this point it had been three days of trying to get things to move forward, her response to me asking if I can provide a new reference was “sure, won’t get to it today” which is fine, I understand I’m not her only client. 6 days into this process, nothing was moving along so I messaged “I will be perusing other housing” to which she replied faster to than any other message I had sent “okay, thank you”. If you are looking to rent out your home through a realtor, I don’t recommend Carmen, she doesn’t seem to want to do her job or be professional or courteous.
This was a total bummer because my family and I really would like to move to Utah and the house was perfect for what we’re looking for to get us there.
