Best. Party. Ever. My son who is now 8 had the pleasure of discovering Skybox and meeting Bill last August. During one of our conversations, Bill mentioned that he does birthday parties and my son was sold! We hosted Phifer's birthday party for 16 8 year old boys in our home on Saturday night and it was a HUGE success. Bill and his two helpers kept the boys moving and engaged for over an hour playing numerous games, most of which involved teamwork. I have never heard so much cheering and laughing!! After the non-stop fun, the boys got to spend the tickets they earned playing the games in Bill's "pop up" shop. Needless to say, no one wanted the party to end. Within an hour of saying goodbye to our last guest, I received more than a dozen texts from parents saying their son had never had so much fun and asking for Bill's contact information. Thanks to Bill and his crew, 8 was definitely great!

Found this place on accident, but will be going back as often as I can. Bought some brand new blaster boxes, a set from 1989, a rack pack from 81 & a game worn patch card all for a great price! Thanks again Bill! So glad my wife needed her hair cut! If you are looking for cards, this is your store!

As a first time customer and getting back into the hobby of sports card collecting, Bill was super welcoming and gave me some no frills advice on what to look for and what to stay away from. Prices are very reasonable compared to what I’ve seen elsewhere. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Excellent place owned by a professional. The owner Bill is a kind, honest and straight to the point man. Bill took his time teaching me and father about the cards we had, and even taught us how to do some research about the cards. Thank you Bill for the knowledge.
We find it fascinating that Bill donates cards to so many different charities and teaches people about the world of sports cards and the history behind them.

I had such an amazing experience visiting Skybox Sports Collectibles! He was super nice and informative, and I could really see he had such a passion with the hobby. The store had such a wide assortment of sports cards and memorabilia. I’ve been to many sports card stores before, but he made this one my favorite. I accidentally overpaid, and when I realized an hour later and called Bill, he knew exactly who I was and had put the extra money on the side for me. Overall, an incredible experience and I would recommend for anyone of all ages.

New to NJ and have been looking for my go-to card shop. Showed up right at opening, Bill shook my hand and introduced himself right away. We spent a half hour talking cards and the hobby, finally had to buy something and leave! Good selection of wax and single, good prices, reminds me of card shops from when I was a kid. Can't way to go back.

Great shop. The owner Bill was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took time to show my son all around the shop and had tons of interesting and collectible cards. We are visiting from Florida and very happy we found this gem. Will definitely be returning!

My family had such a fantastic experience at this shop. We aren’t collectors, but stopped in as a reward for our kids. We had planned to let them pick a few cards and be on our way. The owner was so friendly, knowledgeable and fun. He was very generous with the kids and even challenged us to Simon Says. The kids left the store asking when we could go back. Just happened to be in the area and figured I'd check it out. The owner, Bill, was actually closing up shop but stayed open longer just so I could look around and pick up a few items. He is very knowledgable about the hobby and I enjoyed chatting baseball with him. As others have mentioned, he really does care about getting kids in to the hobby - even mentioned that I can donate my filler/inserts to him to distribute charitably to kids. Awesome shop, great inventory, very fair prices. Will definitely be a repeat customer going forward.

My son and I visited Skybox for the first time yesterday and had such an amazing experience that we returned today with my husband! Not only are the baseball cards great and fairly priced, the service is exceptional. Bill and his grandson were incredibly helpful, nice and very, very generous. They made my son love the sport of baseball even more (which is hard to imagine) and he now has a new screen free pastime of collecting cards. Can't wait to go back!

I visited the store for the first time tonight. This guy knows his stuff. He was very honest, helpful and courteous. He has a selection of awesome cards which you can see before you buy. He has sealed packs arriving everyday along with a wide selection of memorabilia, football and baseball card selection like I’ve never seen. I will definitely be back.

Bill was beyond helpful with my son. He was so patient and explained everything to him. He also gave him a ton of advice about trading cards. He had a very wide selection of cards and was super knowledgeable. Bill played Simon Says with my son, if he got it right he got a $5 card. He also tells the kids if they get an A and bring in their report cards they will get a $1 discount. Thank you Bill for such a great experience! We will be back!

What a cool shop! My husband started card collecting recently and we were looking for a place to visit in the area. The owner, Bill is so knowledgeable and super nice. The store has a ton of great items so if you are looking for a place to shop collectibles I highly recommend Skybox!

My brothers and I have been collecting cards since we were kids. The hobby is one of our many bonding experiences so it's important to have a shop that fosters the feeling of family...but not all hobby shops are built the same and yet Skybox Sports Collectibles does. Bill, the owner, knows his stuff, has great prices and really cares about the customer. He's here to keep the experience of collecting cards as fun and does it with great attitude and conversations to boot. I highly recommend this store for sports card collectors!

Today was my first time at Skybox Sports, but definitely not my last! From the moment I walked in I was greeted by Bill, who was very helpful and friendly. Not only did he help me find what I was looking for, but he was more than willing to answer all of my questions as a new card collector. I ended up buying more than what I came in for and probably could have spent hours there looking through all the sports cards/memorabilia. The prices were very reasonable, especially compared to other sports collectible stores I have been to. I will be back soon!

I popped in last week to look for a couple of cards to finish my 1960 Topps baseball set. Bill quickly was able to help me locate both cards and we had a nice conversation about vintage card collecting. He was a pleasure to talk with and I look forward to stopping in on my next set build. I was also there when a kid came in and can share what a previous post says how kids with an A on their report cards will get a $1 discount per A and he played Simon Says to give them a chance at another discount. Fun to watch, hard to play! ;)
