I booked a full groom for my mini poodle at noon. They were short staffed and it took all afternoon, so originally I was put off by this, however, they were so nice about the inconvenience, offered a discount for the next groom, and I must say that this is one of the best grooms Mango has ever had! Casper did an impeccable job - she looks absolutely gorgeous! I’ve already booked for next month. Highly recommend!

I’m so happy with the way Roxy looks after grooming with Casper. He is so professional and truly knows what he’s doing. Every time she comes back from her grooming I can’t stop smelling her and taking photos of her! lol
Really happy with the grooming and an additionally all of their great food, selections, and treats. Staff is kind and helpful. My new go to place for everything for my fav little lady 🤣🐶❤😃

I just wanted to thank Karen and Casper for some product recommendations and taking care of my dog's nails when I stopped in. I can't thank you guys enough for your 5-star professional service during my visit to the store.

The store itself is also very nice. It's very clean, organized, and all of the staff are professional and knowledgeable. The parking at this location is also easy to find a spot, since there is parking along the side and back of the store.

I highly recommend checking this store out for your pet product and grooming needs.

I have never left a google review in my life but I feel so inclined to do so because it is so HARD to find a good groomer! I have 4 pets, 3 dogs and high maintenance Persian cat. Finding a groomer who can not only groom cats well but do a lion cut is a hard feat. Casper groomed our cat Sheldon and I swear it is the best cut we have ever had for him. We have lived in 4 different states, seen countless groomers and this was by far our BEST experience. Not only did our cat look amazing when he got home but he had not one sign of stress. Casper and his team know what they are doing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Groomers 10/10. It very much so gave what it was supposed to. Cute bday treats as well for the pup. I’ll be a regular!

The best place to get your fur baby groomed and fed. Casper at the grooming salon is the best. I’m hesitant to recommend the grooming because I don’t want more competition to get appointments, but he is worth the wait. My pup is anxious, but Casper is kind and skilled and makes her look so cute. They also have a great supply of food. They have brands that other stores don’t carry.

What can I say - I am a total loyalist! Casper takes such pride in his artistry and my furry pup comes out looking adorable each and every time! Casper listens carefully to what you want and always takes time to honor your wishes (even if that means diligently combing through mats!) The greatest Pet Supply place ever. I have taken my dog Truman to Casper for grooming too. Not only is he nice, but he knows what he is doing. I highly recommend him. Jeff, the store manager is friendly and helpful. The entire staff is outstanding. Thank you Cherrybrook for coming to Livingston, NJ. You are a great addition to our town.

I love this store and the people who work here! They have been so helpful and supportive. When we first moved to the area, they made arrangements to have the raw food I needed for my pets - which made the move and transition so easy. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to find what I needed up north, but they took that stress right away. Everything was ready to go for me! It’s been two years of using this store, and I truly LOVE going there. Generally, I hate shopping, but when I am in Cherrybrook, I tend to not want to leave. They are like extended family. They have special ordered products for my pets, spent tons of time helping me figure out what to feed my elderly dog, and have made every experience just so wonderful. They know my husband and I by name, which takes the experience to a higher level. The new manger there has been great and SO helpful. Dale and Randy are the best and I’m always happy to see them!! They always offer to carry my purchases to the car if I am by myself. The store is beautiful and very clean. Have you been to a Petco? It stinks. Not this store. I don’t have one bad thing to say about this place. They also have frequent buyer programs and a rewards program, so we are always getting something for free and getting money off our order. I always leave this store happy, with a smile, and laughing. You guys rock and I’m so grateful for you!!!!! Keep up the amazing work you guys do. You make a difference in our lives in the best of ways

This place is great for cutting my cats nails. They do it well and never keep me waiting around. They are also the only grooming place I ever found that does cat nails, though most advertise that they do

These guys are like family. If i ever have to move this place will be a big factor. I love seeing there business grow. Like someone else said they have stuff that is nowhere else. Like NCD cat food. Amazing variety!

Other things: the store is super clean and in a great location. Did you know they provide a start up kit for pet rescues? Fantastic! Please tell me which super pet store chain gives free stuff for rescues? NOBODY!

My pug will not let anyone else (including the vet) groom her. HA

Have been coming here for the past 3 years and no complaints. Casper is the best and takes very good care of our 13 plus year old anxious dog. Sammy loves it here as well.

We love having our dog Enzo groomed at this location. Everyone is so friendly, and caring towards your pet. They listen to your needs and take the time to truly dedicate towards your service. Enzo is happy here every time we return. The store is filled with amazing products and employees who are well educated in what’s best for your pet. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I found this store by accident on my way to the bank, and I love it. They are super friendly and give great suggestions when I inquire about products for my furry buddy, reasonable prices, and good monthly sales.

FANTASTIC! An overall amazing experience. I would not recommend else where, when you have such knowledgeable and compassionate people as PETsector does. Kelly is hands down the Nutrition GURU! Her passion for our furry family members is completely unmeasurable. Her nutrition expertise is something comforting when you are a pet owner, she guided us through the pros and cons of each types of foods, pointing us in the right direction that best suit our little friend (Bruno the pug) if that wasn't good enough, the prices are unbeatable!! I will forever be grateful for the service and guidance this location and its employees offered us as new pet owners, I also want to add how amazing their blueberry facial and deshedding treatment Tara performed for our Bruno baby(PUG) . I rarely am one to write reviews, but after my experience here I felt I should share. I have been having some GI issues with my French Bulldog. We have taken him to see 2 vets and thankfully the second vet we saw sent us here. Although we have not tried the products yet - I left here feeling hopeful. Kelly spent so much time educating us on numerous dog food and products. The amount of knowledge she has is incredible. She even went as far as giving us her phone number for any follow up questions or concerns we may have. My only regret is that we did not come here sooner! I am looking forward to seeing the results of our dietary changes with our little guy! Thank you PetSecor !

Always happy with the grooming my dog had it done in the past 2 years. My dog is very nervous and this is the only place she is okay with it, not sure what they do but she stays calm.

Also the people is very friendly and always go above and beyond to give the best answer if you are looking for an advise when you need a product.
