Simply the best bike shop in town. Purchased ny first bike from them with the money I saved when I was a kid mowing lawns. When the 720 needed to be replaced, there was only one place to go. Syracuse bicycle is a decent shop with many options, however, every time I go in there I feel the pressure from the sales they need. Very passive aggressive in their own way I must say. The bikery has such a small town feel and I love it! I'm always taken care of and satisfied every time I go there. I've been coming here since I was 13, i'm now 32. Can't wait to purchase my next road cycle!

I purchased a Sun tricycle. Assembled, adjusted and delivered.
Had some adjustments needed after actually riding and they came to the house and took care of me. Especially being a senior it would have been difficult to get the trike in for the adjustment.

Purchased my first bike there in 1978. Purchased 5 more over the years for family members and have had countless repairs and tuneups through the years. Most recently purchased a Cannondale Synapse which has been a great bike. When I had some repetitive issues, tech took it for a ride and was able to diagnose and fix the issue. Almost all of the staff have been pleasant and very helpful. Occasionally a tech is busy repairing a bike behind the counter and waits for customer to request something as he continues repairs. I have never experienced rudeness or poor service. Sometimes you have to cowboy up in life and initiate a conversation! I do not know why I would ever go to another shop locally.

Nice Bike shop in Baldwinsville. Helpful staff, I purchased a Trek Verve here and its a great bike at a reasonable price. They do on-site repairs, tune ups and sales. Real convenient off Rt. 690 and plenty of parking. Highly recommend.

The Bikery has been my go-to LBS for many years. I've never experienced anything like a problem with the always friendly and helpful staff. Service is great, the selection of bikes and components is excellent and I've always been more than happy with mechanical service quality and turn-around times. Give them a try.

I've always gotten really great service at the Bikery. When I've dropped my husband's bike off for repair, and I have the toddler in tow, they're always really helpful about loading and unloading the bike off my roof rack, and making it easy for me to bring it in for service. They've also helped pick out a number of birthday/Christmas presents for my husband and are great a suggesting the perfect accessory for his bike.

Great place and great people! Whenever I need anything Dennis is very knowledgeable and gives solid advice and recommendations. Came in fairly new to cycling and was looking to buy a road bike Dennis took a few off the rack for me to try and answered all of my questions. Was not pushy at all and I wound up with a Cannondale that I ride every single day and I couldn’t be happier!

I see too many reviews on this shop about how no one approached people to help them out. One thing I hate more than anything is walking into a furniture store and being latched onto by a salesperson immediately when I just want to browse a bit. If you need assistance go to the counter and ask and someone will help you.

My wife and I just purchased new bikes at The Bikery. Awesome experience!!! Miles and Kim were fantastic! So knowledgeable and helpful! We've bought and serviced 11 bicycles from them since 2003, and will be buying another bike from them this spring. I've bought some gear and even a cycle cross bike from other area shops, but we keep going back to The Bikery for their friendly assistance. They do not try to up sell us, and as my kids grew fast and tall, one time they even swapped out road bike stems gratis so they got an extra year from their bikes.

All of the employees are always helpful and courteous and the passion for biking is apparent. Mark, the owner always remembers us when we stop in and makes a point to catch up. Prices are fair and there is a great selection, based on the space available.

Best Local Bike Shop in town! They have a really friendly staff who are approachable and personable and who are always willing to answer questions or help out with that technical issue. After trying all the bike shops in the Greater Syracuse Area these guys really stand out when it comes to great customer service!

Mark has always helped me out and given me great service here. I've been coming here for all my biking needs since I was a kid getting my first bike. Great selection and awesome workmanship!

Fantastic shop with incredible staff.

Went to get my tire fixed. Cost less than $20 and was finished in 15 minutes. I had a great experience here and would recommend them to others.

Nick did a great job. I had an accident with bike rack on the highway...out of town passing through. They made time for me and hooked me up awesome.

I was on a bike tour and my rear derailer cable broke. I came into the shop and they fixed it quickly and I was on my way.
