Dave & Buster's New York City - Times Square

The food was great, and the service was amazing for us busy as they always are. They’re extremely busy 24 seven I don’t know how the waitresses can handle it and they do such a great job about it. It was my birthday and we enjoyed ourselves. My mother was able to have some fun and drink some Jell-O shots while the kids were running around playing their games.

FINALLY FINALLY FINALLY, Superb service at D&B. I have been to so many and each one disappointed in so many locations, This one was by far the best ever.

KAMISHA and Darnell were excellent and very detail oriented in an extremely busy location.

Drinks and food and service were prompt and accurate and followed up. So many other locations lack.

These employees were true standards of service. The TVs were playing the basketball game, and the guests were into it.

What a good energy store.

The last, D&B I went reminded me of a funeral home reception.

I went here last year for my birthday and I loved it. The best part about it was that it’s right above an Applebees, where I had a bourbon street steak and an Oreo shake on my birthday (and yes, that’s the same meal from the song Fancy Like by Walker Hayes).

A chain of restaurants that aren’t here in the Uk that was suggested by a friend, which certainly didn’t disappoint.

Food was good, alcohol was reasonably priced and the staff very welcoming. My son has a nut allergy and they looked after his needs very well.

To top it off we spent a few hours in the arcade. Overpriced, but fun.

Looking for a fun time on a Saturday afternoon? Look no further than the Dave and Busters by Times Square. My cousins and I enjoyed a fantastic meal at the restaurant, with excellent service especially from John! Then had a great afternoon playing arcade games and enjoying a couple drinks at the bar. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an afternoon or evening activity!

Truly an NYC gem. Don’t listen to the Times Square haters. This place has it all - great games, great staff, great food.

This is a very spacious place! Lots of sitting and clean areas. The boneless wings are super yummy! Fast service and reasonable prices. Loved it!

I absolutely love Dave and Busters NYC! Their service is incredible, they really truly care about your experience here. Their catering and events are well organized and the food served is hot, delicious, and filling. The chicken is decadent and the guac is spot on. The games are obviously what most come fore and they are so fun and will keep you here for hours!! Whether your 10 or 50 you will have a great time here. The vibe is so electric and you feel immediately welcome here!

Not just for tourists! Really fun night with some friends for dinner and games. The manager, John, happened to come around to check on us right before ordering. I couldn't decide on what to get and he recommended the creamy chicken pasta bowl. It was so incredibly good. I will definitely be coming back.

Immaculate service, really felt at home . Also the game was on at the same time as the boxing match . Cant beat that type of vibe .🤗

I visited this location with my family. The staff was very nice. John the manager came over to see how everything was going and addressed any questions/concerns we had. He was very helpful. We enjoyed our food and had fun playing the games. Will definitely visit again soon.

After a mishap with our movie tickets we ended up in a bit of a layover here. This place is tons of fun irregardless of some of the games in need of repair.

The staff was amazing, they checked on us very often while eating ! Our food came out within 15 minutes of ordering! The manager was super nice and accommodating. The games were great and the ambiance was even better !

We were in Times Square and decided to stop by because we've been wanting to go to. D&B.
The restaurant and play area are on the 3rd floor but there are escalators for both up and down sides. The sports bar was welcoming and the service was very fast and friendly. Our hostess took our order quickly and brought drinks very fast. We had the appetizer plate of nachos. It was big enough for the 2 of us to share. I do spicy, my wife not so much, I found them very good, but just a touch too much heat for her.
We then went to play a few games. If you're just going for the games, there is also a bar/adult beverages in there also. Big selection of games, but its not cheap.
We had a great time, looking forward to visiting again.

It was my daughter's birthday and we decided to stop by Dave & Buster's for lunch. We were a group of seven. We arrived at about 2pm and there was no line. We were greeted by security and a friendly host who showed us to our table. I suggested that we'd order from the Eat & Play Combo menu. Our server (Aaron) was fantastic. He was patient and quite funny. The food came in about 10 minutes which gave us plenty of time to chat amongst ourselves. The food was hot, savory and tasty. Everyone cleared their plates. There were a few party's going on and they seemed to be well supervised. The gameroom was electric. Flashing lights, bells ringing, screams and music filled the air. My daughter and her friends were in their element. After a few hours of playing games we used the restroom then headed home. 4 1/2 Stars.

My 1st experience at this location was made very pleasant thanks to Pamela at the bar. She was so kind, sweet and made me and my group laugh a lot making the occasion that much more enjoyable. It was a pleasure to meet you Pam and when I go again I'll hope to see you again!
