I've been using Ralph's for years. I know whenever I'm getting work done there I will not be sold anything I didn't need. The prices are always reasonable. And the people are great

They're an amazing family owned business. They do amazing professional work and the staff is very understanding and communicate with their customers very well.

Always there when I need them. Very dependable and friendly in my book.

I referred a framily member to this shop and she was greeted with blantant rudeness and unprofessionalism.

They are an interracial couple and felt comfortable when the staffs attitude changed from being really nice on the phone to making them feel totally uncomfortable when they showed up.

Suddenly the mechanic became incapable and making excuses as to why it would be so difficult..."this can lead to a ton of other problems" etc.

It seemed like they didn't want to do the work. You know when someone is not interested in offering you a service.

The lady at the front desk needs to learn how to greet clients properly and not be selective on how she goes about it. Definitely losing clients.

Thanks for showing the true colors of this shop.
