I was looking for a new battery and decided to shop here. I found the battery online but I called the store to make sure it was there. I spoke to Noreen (I hope I got the spelling right) and she was very courteous and helpful. Not only did she check the computer to verify, but without prompting, she physically checked the shelves to make sure it was there. That is true customer service. Then when I got there a gentleman, whose name I did not get, was also courteous and verified that they can install the battery for me. Another employee by the name of Justice did the replacement installation for me as well as kindly answered all my automotive questions. Very welcoming and professional establishment.

Had a great experience getting a battery replaced. The employees worked together to help me and the store manager Justin/Jason replaced the battery quickly and efficiently. Saved me time and money. Much appreciated.

I cannot say enough good things about Ashley at Auto Zone in Washingtonville! She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and went above and beyond to follow up by calling another store location to be sure everything went smoothly and I was able to get everything I needed. When I arrived at her store she took exceptional care to be sure everything was accurate. She is a gem and the store was well organized. Highly recommend!

I came in for a simple break light and was helped by Gary. He was very knowledgeable and made it quick and easy to order. I had other unrelated questions for my old beat up Toyota and he was very helpful and willing to assist me in the future with anything I came across. Thankyou for the excellent service 👍

George B. Went above and beyond with excellent customer service. Upon leaving I noticed him immediately jumping on store maintenance tasks. Will shop here again especially as long as he's working. However unfortunately, another employee on the shift (older woman) working was quick to refuse to assist me with a purchase related need and information (one AutoZone offers to customers as a standard complimentary service). I don't have confidence I will be assisted to satisfaction if she was the only clerk on the shift.

JR is on his game greeted us with a smile tended to our issues and even helped with an installation!! We have never received such great service!! Kudos to JR and the crew there.. p.s. to Jamal for moving your truck.. 😆 But seriously overall thank you guys for being on point!

Everyone here is super knowledgeable and most greet me by name when I walk in. Store pickup orders are done quick and I never have had them pull my order and give me the wrong part .

My car broke down in AutoZones parking lot. I tried to to jumpstart it and thought maybe I needed a new battery. Justice, one of their employees, sold me a battery and installed it. My car still didn’t start. Justice worked with me for over an hour, and was completely invested in helping me get back on the road. When I was leaving, I overheard that he had missed his ride home, that he had been off work for an hour. He selflessly, and silently was staying until he had tried everything. My husband and I were blown away by Justice. He made me feel so safe and cared for when I was feeling stranded. He worked for over an hour when he was off the clock. AutoZone is lucky to have such an amazing employee. I have no doubt Justice will succeed in whatever he sets his mind to. What a generous, rare soul. Thank you, Justice, for staying with me and taking care of me in a tough time.

Had an overheated engine and stopped in for coolant. Store employee Sean was awesome. Helped get right items and was helpful and courteous. Will definitely go back when in need of auto parts and advice. Great job Sean!

Washingtonville Autozone has never let me down. I manage a fleet of vehicles down the road and Autozone of Washingtonville always has that weird body clip or exhaust piece i need. If they don't have a part in store, they usually get it to me by the next day. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly and beyond helpful.

Went in for wiper replacement and they were extremely helpful. They even installed for me in just minutes. Very helpful and friendly

I had purchased a battery from the store in July but it recently gave me some trouble, so I went into the store with the battery today and within minutes after checking the battery I walked out with a replacement. Since it was under warranty there was no cost, but the customer service and care of my problem gave me enormous relief so I just want to say thank you very much.

Jordan was amazingly helpful and competent. As a professional mechanic I usually hold a bit of disdain for parts guys, but the gentlemen and women at the Washingtonville Autozone are the exception to the rule!
