Applebee's Grill + Bar

A little crowded, but I'd believe that's a sign of good business. Great, flexible, friendly, and accommodating service! The food was good and prepared fresh, the drinks were inexpensive with nice flavors, and our server was on it for our table. Very attentive to adults and the children, which we much appreciated.

I ordered an impossible burger with fries. The burger tasted well cooked. It comes with pickles, lettuce, tomato, and raw onion. The fries were delish. Nice and crispy on the outside, soft inside. As though they were air fried. 🤤
For a Friday night in a very busy location, the of us we're lucky to get seating fairly quickly at the dinner hour. Service was fine, or waited came by a few times and asked if we needed anything. Location was clean. The nose is what it is, noisy. That's just part of the experience. Unless you're there for weekday lunch, Little less noisy. Overall good experience. Prices are what they are. If you want to save money, only things cheaper are Wendy's, Burger King, McDonald's, Taco Bell and, well, you get the Idea.

Jenna was our server, she was helpful and super attentive to our needs. The food came out quick and delicious. I won't recommend the waffle fries. Was very disappointed with the "loaded" part.

Amanda was amazing. It was extremely crowded being that it was a holiday weekend, Yet she was accommodating, gave honest input when asked about food ideas, worked hard, fast and efficiently and ALL THIS with a SMILE!!! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Finally - wings like they used to be, juicy, good size, covered with tangy Buffalo sauce. I struck our a few times and this was the one that hit the spot. good burger, french onion soup done right, service punctual with a smile. Nicely done, I will be back.

Best time I've ever had, food was perfect, staff was perfect, drink was perfect.. food temperature was great. I've been to other location and this was the best time I've had.

Different from my home location as in the atmosphere and abundance of people. Not crowded but busy. The people there are great and the food is always good!

The food is on point here as well as the service. The service is exceptional. I had an issue with my online order redeeming the coupon for the free wings for superbowl sunday. I went in and explained and showed them my order on my phone the managers Luis and Julissa helped me so much. They accommodated me and did the order manually from their side and i was able to get my free wings. They really went above and beyond to help me and im so grateful i had been trying every which way on my own from the app with no success. If it wasnt for them i definitely would not have gotten my free wings! Service A+++ and amazing food you cant miss at this location with these amazing ppl running it!

Went there for a mother and daughter lunch. Sue was amazing. She was always checking in on us. The service was excellent

Sat at the bar to have lunch during 1 of the best BBall games. Had a strong Margarita, the best bacon mac n cheese & asian chicken wings which I was told were more sweet than spicy & they were hot as hell to me. It was good food & a good time.

My visit on July 20, 2020. The food was great. The staff did a good job at following and informing us of the social distance protocols. These are that you can keep your mask off while at your table and while eating, if you need to use the restroom you must wear your mask 😷 until you return to your table. Each table or booth is separated by an empty table or booth that will not be use during the pandemic and allows for 6 feet of distance between each party. A big thank you to my server Chanel J.

My server was Emily (Eli). She was the best I’ve ever encountered coming to Applebees. She went above and beyond for us. She’s very helpful and knowledgeable! She deserves to be part of management her customer service is superb!!!

Like all other Applebee’s , this one is also serves the best food in the game. We went to hang out . The waitress was so cool and friendly. The service was really great and quick . And the food was awesome . I had a drink of something called “Bahamas mama” and my friend took “Cherry” drink. They both taste great. The price is kinda high ; but reasonable .

I sat at the bar & the staff was so nice, pleasant & food was hot & came out fast! I would go back for happy hour again

I never had an issue with this Applebee's. I'm happy it's still in Cross County.

The customer service is at its best all the time! The Dominican girl that works on Mondays is the best ever!! She needs to get promoted 100%!!!!

My menu consists of Tilapia fish, mashed potatoes, Broccoli. The fish was so salty and too much pepper i was so hungry didn't want to send it back. I ordered a Pepsi it tasted like seltzer water sent it back, ordered mango lemonade it was horrible. I will not be going back.

It's good, honestly their food isn't that bad and I could recommend going there
