Getting a replacement was fairly simple. I filed the claim; they called me 4 days later and needed me to email a copy of my drivers license. 3 days after that I received the new phone with a postage paid return box for my old phone. Overall a week to get a new phone is not bad. The setup process for the new phone was easy, and I've have no issues with it. Overall pretty easy and there was never a time I felt that I was going to have to fight for benefits.

Got the phone after 2 days placed the claim on a Saturday early in the morning but no mail on Sundays so got it Monday. 0 issues whatsoever with the device it works just as well as my original phone with 0 glitches or odd bugs. I am very happy with the process and they made filing a claim quick,easy, and simple with a great return process.

I received my new phone less than 24 hours after making the claim. It was simple and easy. I had the BEST customer service experience ever .I got an email when my replacement got shipped and delivered. A pleasure to deal with this company

The replacement process was simple, fast and satisfactory. I received a great replacement for my S7 Edge. My Calendar transfer came in a little slow, but I was told there was a glitch in the server. Next day, bang it was all there! Very satisfied!

My claim was approved in about 5 minutes from me clicking submit and a brand new phone was delivered in basically one business day (I submitted my claim around 11 pm and got the phone 2 days later). I was worried there would be issues with my claim as it seems like a lot of people tend to review this service when it doesn't work right for them, but I can honestly say it literally could not have gone more smoothly.

My daughters phone was dropped and the screen cracked. I reported the case, and a replacement unit was promptly sent. We received it, moved the SIM over and just needed to put the defective unit in the box that came with pre-stamped label ready to out in the mailbox. The process was totally painless and very fast.

I was very happy to have purchased the protection plan.

I was happy with the quickness of the insurance company and simplicity of the process replacing my phone. I received a new one the next day. I did need to go to T-Mobile to get my information transferred, but that was ok. I had great help at T-Mobile, too. Everything was basically painless.

I felt that the process of exchanging and replacing my damaged Samsung went smoothly and very efficient. No issue. Once i contacted my carrier and they connected me w/ Assurant rep the final process of obtaining my replacement happened w/in three days. Job well done.

I filed a claim on a Sunday and had my replacement phone delivered Tuesday. It came with good instructions and was packaged very well. I used their prepaid return envelope and received an e-mail notification when it was received by them. I was very pleased with the claim process.

Very easy claim process and quick access to speak to a person. They even easily accommodated me changing my mind about the claim after my original phone started working again. I actually expected them to say that claim refunds were not possible but instead they said just ship the replacement phone back and a refund would be processed. Absolutely no fuss. And everyone I spoke with was very professional and knowledgeable. Just a great experience all around. Would be great if every insurance company was this easy to work with.

Wow, had a new replacement phone in a day! Had only two months on plan. Paid 100.00 and now have a new phone for ar least the next 2 years. Sweet. Did find a case online for under 20. like an otter box. Thanks

I was super pleased with this company! The representative that I spoke with was phenomenal! My 14 year old son accidentally left his brand new iPhone 8 on top of my SUV when we went through an automatic carwash only 3 weeks after he got it and this company was very understanding. I filed the claim and once they approved it (which took about 12-15 hours) I paid my deductible and they shipped it to us that happened to be a Thursday evening after 8 pm but still managed to receive the phone on Monday (no weekend delivery in our area) very satisfied!!

Phone came in the mail quick. Communication was great, got an email when my replacement got shipped and delivered. same thing for the damaged phone. Assurant even followed up to see if I was satisfied with the new unit. Overall great service.

Went to Metro Friday after filing claim had to pay $50 deductible got it Monday had to go to Metro to transfer all info to new phone The employee was excellent took a long time due to the new changes Metro made to prevent anyone getting into u=our accounts. It was worth the wait Got everything done then the same day sent back the broken phone. I am very happy and Assurant notified me they recieved my damaged phone .

I have had to do a claim a couple of times to get device replaced for cracked screens. I have to say this is the simplest and easiest claim i have ever done, well worth the money i pay each month on my phone bill to be covered and for piece of mind. I have paid insurance on my phones since i have had my account, and i HIGHLY SUGGEST everyone does the same, unless you do not care about your phome breaking and have $600-900 to pay to just buy new one.

I utterly destroyed my phone (an LG K20 plus), its refurbishable reincarnate life it was denied. Luckily I had my phone insured through Assurant, who had a replacement in hand within a couple days. Customer service employees were helpful and courteous. No hassles whatsoever. Thanks

I was told by T-Mobile to call Assurant, which I did. Within 5-10 minutes my claim was handled and we received a new replacement phone the very next day. Everyone was easy and pleasant to deal with and process was efficient.

I was extremely impressed with how efficient Assurant was. I dropped my Galaxy S8+ at 3:30PM PST Sunday and called T-Mobile who passed me to Assurant. I paid the deductible and on Monday at 10:00AM PST the phone was delivered to my house and it had come all the way from Pennsylvania. Sending back my phone was easy. A pleasure to deal with this company.

The easiest and best way to file a claim. I have lost my expensive phones more than a couple of times but they have always stood behind me so have no worries at all. And the wait period to get a replacement is just a couple of days which is very less. 5 stars to Assurant !
