Stewart's Express

They have great milk and Ice cream!!! My neighbors swear by their pizza, but we haven't tried that yet. So convenient, friendly staff!

Great customer service

I went in here after dropping my kids off at school with my neighbor to grab a gallon of milk and was treated horribly and received horrible customer service from a so called manager named Kim. I come to this location quite often and more often than not they are out of one percent milk. This time was no different, there was no one percent on the shelf. I peeked my head behind the cooler and asked the gentleman if there might be any in the back and he said he didn't work for Stewart's but he would look for me. After he discovered there was none I went to turn around to leave and was immediately met by a rude woman with an attitude stating that all their products they had were on the shelf and they wouldn't be getting their truck for a few hours. Now typically this response would have been ok. But she rolled her eyes and was terribly rude and ascted as if I was going into the cooler to try and steal something. Mind you I'm just a pregnant woman who needs milk. I will not be coming back to this location and my husband will be calling to speak to this woman's supervisor. And she can say she's the supervisor all she wants, everyone has a boss

Earlier this morning around 9am the morning manager Kim clearly hates her job. My neighbor asked if they had milk in the back and to which she surly replied. "all we have is in up front!" This was after leaning over the counter and looking absolutely miserable. She then turned and said the same thing to me. After 10 years in customer service and 12 years as a cook something needs to change. I mean I could go on the demeanor and Blanton disrespect for asking a simple question but you can conclude for yourselves. Never write Google reviews but deemed nessecary.
