While waiting for my routine service to be completed, another customer walked in and requested an estimate on an axle replacement. Before giving the estimate, Rick suggested the customer contact the Manufacturer to see if that repair might be covered under warranty. When a repair shop cares more for its customer than a sale, that's the shop I want to support.

They got an oil change done same day we called in. We have come here for other services as well and we feel we can trust their workmanship, and they are helpful and friendly.

Rick is very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He always calls to give updates and get permission if further work needs to be done. Clay has also been helpful and assisted me yesterday when I needed some "car" advice. I'm very comfortable taking my cars to the Newark Goodyear.

Fast, friendly, affordable. I had a nail in my tire, called them and they were able to get me in immediately. The fee for a patch was reasonable, if not less than I expected. The soda machine is bargain priced, there is coffee, and reasonably comfortable chairs. All in all, they got me in and out fairly quickly.

Edit: I had to stop by again today and these wonderful people went above and beyond for me. World class. Consider me a customer for life. 11/10.

I got new tires and new rear brakes the whole experience went great felt very well taken care of and all communication about work being done was clearly explained and discussed before work being done. Rick was knowledgeable and very helpful.

Friendly, solid work. They are generous with their time to give me mechanical advice and other helpful communication for future estimates for work, etc. They offer helpful coupons throughout the year. They remember me and my car and know what they are doing. They have never suggested anything that I didn't need or want.

I'll recommend this place to anyone good people down here, very resourceful and efficient. I met a nice guy when I was getting my tire changed, and we talked all about his truck. I'm going to buy my first truck soon. Thanks, guys.

They went above and beyond my expectations and took good care of my son's car. There is still good people out there and I will refer to friends and family as well as this review! I was very upset because of a set of multiple issues I have had with past Ford Dealership in Austin and Cleveland. The owner was extremely patient and understanding even though he had no idea why I was stressed. I would definitely recommend this shop. Thank you for your understanding and tolerance.

All of the staff was courteous and friendly, they changed all 4 tires and did an oil change in under an hour. They will definitely be our go to garage for our vehicle needs.
