Always a good visit at the zone. Heidi is the best and her team is no less. Always go above and beyond to get me what I need. And incase you didn’t know. Autozone has some of the best quality parts now a days.

Everyone here was super helpful. Specifically, Shane was trying everything to help us since we were broken down since 12 the night before and could only get to autozone. They are definitely looking out for customers best interest.

Went to get my dad something for Father's Day for a car or whatever manly thing I can find. Ended up getting myself WD-40 and some card cutter. Well kept nice employees and there was a good clearance section.

The staff are always professional n friendly. My go to guys when I have a problem or need supplies for my cars. Thank you for your service. This day all staff was busy with a line I needed expert advice about my car. The young lady was very professional..as I asked for the assistance. I thanked n wished blessed day. Thank you again.

Auto Zone employees have always taken excellent care of me and my car needs. If you think your car needs a new battery, they will come outside and test it at no charge, and even install the new one right on the spot. Very nice people, convenient and professional. Highly recommend.

I give 5 stars to this store because of the generous help! I stopped by, thinking I needed to buy a new headlight. I told the clerk that sometimes it works and other times it doesn't.

Instead of just selling me a new one, he came out, looked at it and said, "You don't need a new headlight. You have a loose wire connection." The conversation continued with him explaining and I thanked him profusely before I left. It was a simple task and my son fixed it for me after he got home from work.

Auto Zone, you hired a good one. Because of his kindness, I will continue to buy neccessary items from your store!

I got excellent help. Went to buy a turn signal bulb for my truck. I was a little intimidated about changing the bulb myself. That was something my husband did before he passed. The clerk told me I didn't have to take out the whole headlight assembly to do so. I could just unplug the light from under the hood. Made it a lot easier and less scary to do myself. Thank you

I have always had great luck with the Autozone store in Heath. The store is always nice and clean and friendly staff. I tried looking up a caliper bolt on the website but was not having much luck so I stopped in and they had the kit I needed so I could finish putting my girlfriend’s brakes back together with the new sets of caliper bolts/pins:)

It's late Sunday afternoon and I unexpectedly needed 0W-20 oil and a portable inflator. AutoZone was open, quick to help, and friendly. Thank you!

Battery indicator light came on while driving. Stopped to have the battery and alternator checked. Offered tools so I could change my alternator in the parking lot. Also assisted me with problem solving when the belt squealed a lot after replacing the alternator in the parking lot. Thank-you for the great customer service.

I just picked up 2 pair of great windshield wipers (Bosch Icons) & buying just one pair qualifies for $10.00 rebate, so hoping to a get $20.00 rebate. The manager & staff helped me indentify a problem I may have in the arms that hold the wiper blades that are possibly causing the blades to not apply enough pressure on the windshield, along with a simple solution. Just add spring assists at a low cost that are available from AutoZone. Splendid !

They had to order a part for my daughter's car. Went to pick it up only to find out it wasn't for her car, and that I would have to go to a dealer for the part I needed they couldn't get it. Love this place. The guys always know their stuff and are so helpful. I won't go anywhere else.

I will be back! The young man answered every question, went out to my Jeep and showed me what I needed. He was polite and was respectful. Very satisfied with my visit.

Very professional service. I had to hurry and purchase an emergency battery replacement. I was in and out in roughly ten minutes. This included complete explanation of warranty information and core return. Kudos to Autozone...
