This is the first time that I have really felt the need to leave a review on any type of business, but I just want everyone to know how wonderful this place is. I can not say enough about them to justify how kind, yet professional they all are. Dr. Robert's is absolutely the best! I had to put my furbaby to rest and I am so grateful to them for how polite and compassionate they were. We walked in the room and they had a blanket on the table and soft music playing, I couldn't believe it. I had a late appointment, yet they let me deal with it in my time. The price is so affordable, even with me getting his ashes and the extra stuff. I definitely recommend them and I will never go anywhere else. I love them.

I needed to get my pet in fast and they took her immediately. They offered solutions and care. I ended up putting my pet down later that week and they were great. Made a late appointment with not a lot of traffic. Employees were very sweet. One hugged me as I sat there crying. Follow up messages of condolences. I highly recommend them.

The vet & staff are amazing. They sit down on the floor with our puppies and love all over them. I feel very welcome there. I can ask questions and not feel stupid.

Just came in with our dog Honey bear. As new puppy parents we had a ton of questions, and they were so patient and answered all of them. Gave amazing advice, didn't rush us at all, was super affordable, and went above and beyond. The environment was warm and welcoming, would recommend to everyone.

My daughter was able to make a hard decision about her cat with the help of the amazing, caring staff and Dr. Roberts. It’s not easy to end a life of a beloved pet.😢
Then two days later I took our new puppy for a first visit and great service once again!! Love the friendly, clean atmosphere of this veterinarian and I will recommend them to anyone!! Easy to schedule an appointment also.🥰

Very nice very friendly staff. Very clean environment. Super organized. Doesn’t look like much from the outside but inside is very nice. Was referred to them by a friend and I would refer them to anyone looking for a good vet. Doctor we had today was very knowledgeable and down to earth. Even wore cowboy boots! Thank you guys again. And will be back soon.

Absolutely fantastic staff had an amazing experience with a stray I brought in to get looked at. They were very helpful and explained everything that they were doing and the prices were great. Couldn’t recommend more!!

Any time my fiance and I bring our boy Kai in for a check up,we always have the nicest and most caring staff take care of him...thank you all so much for being so kind and amazing to our boy!

Quick friendly staff, first vet I've been to that doesn't belittle you for not knowing something and actually helps by forwarding documents to your main vet

Was a little miss commutation tried to pay for the first time deposit with 2 different card which were declined so I had to drive there an pay cash, whoever was running my card had my name mis spelled causing it to decline other than that they were friendly an we'll see how my appointment goes tomorrow to get my dogs nails cut.

Very helpful, compassionate, and their prices were relatively low compared to other vets.

All of the staff here are so kind and patient. I’ve been taking my kitten here and was recommended by a friend. I am always given information up front and made sure to understand what my cat is given each time. I will trust any pets in the future with their service too!

I brought my cats here a few years ago, and I decided to go elsewhere because I didn't feel as if the staff was friendly/caring.. I have adopted 2 puppies from petland this year, after you bring them home they require an appointment with Valuvet. I was skeptical at first due to previous experiences but was pleasantly surprised with how friendly and caring the veterinarian and staff are. They were super kind to myself and both puppies, thorough, very informative on vaccines and made sure to answer all of my questions. I was able to get in for an appointment quickly each time. They have even been able to fit me in on a couple other occasions for sick visits (I canceled one of them) when I was unable to get into my regular veterinarian. I'm glad to see things have changed for the better at this office! My rotties and I thank you! ❤

Such a group of caring people! From the front desk to the assistants to the vets 👍 up all around! Precious loves the hands on care!

Love this place. They really care about your pet and their prices reflect that. They want your cat and dog to get the services they need and they let you know up front about the costs. There are no gimmicks with this place. Up front and honest caring services. My only criticism is their pet nutrition recommendations. Hills (pet food company) teaches veterinary nutrition. They want you to feed their brand only of course, so they teach that feeding a dog the same kibble....every day for the rest of their lives, is best. The truth is, kibble isn't healthy at all, just convenient. It's McDonald's for dogs. Even still, if kibble is a must due to the cost of Just For Dogs or Freshpet, by-product meal and chemicals is NOT the same as salmon meal and vitamin E.....and a varied diet is best for any living thing.....thats just common sense. Plain and simple.

I have had this vet for several of my fur babies but this was the first time our Kalie had been there. She was having stomach issues vomiting with possible blockage. They could not do xrays due to no machine but they did see her and confirmed what I was not sure of that she may have a blockage and helped me find a vet emergency department. Charged me low fee and was very compassionate and so nice. In a time of panic they was there for us. Will be back again ❤

ValuVet Wellness provides excellent service. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. They provide superb service at an affordable cost. The office is always clean, and smells great. Keep doing what you are doing, we appreciate you!

We have been going to discount vet since our dog was 6 weeks old. He is now 3. The staff takes great care of us!

I had to take my lil poodle in of 20 yrs to have her put down. I've never done that before and I was a sobbing mess.
All of the techs, handlers, Dr even down to the lady who also had her pet in there to get a check up were amazing.
With my tears flowing n watching my lil girl go softly to sleep, I felt so peaceful in that office.
All of you are like hospice for animals, seriously. .
I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for making a hard time as pleasant as it could be.
It took 2 days max to get my babies ashes, the office staff even sign a card with their condolences ..
I will not take my fur babies anywhere else. Ever!!
