Regal Montrose Movies

The theatre is great and staff is nice and helpful. We threw a children's birthdsy party here once and they did great. Not this location's fault but the Regal website needs to discontinue their service charge for buying tickets online.

I love going to the movies. Covid really messed that up for us. Now the movies are opened and you don't have to wear a mask if you don't want to. As always it is still a little on the pricey side but it is worth it to get the movie theater experience. I took my daughter to see Clifford and she absolutely loved it. She also loved the popcorn.

8 yr. old birthday party hosted at Regal. Went perfectly, without a hitch. Staff could not have been more helpful. Movie was shown on one of their small screens, but chairs were comfortable and clean. Party pricing is different from one Regal Cinema to the next, so be aware of that, but manager was understanding and accomodating.

The lady that gave us our tickets was great. She was wearing a real smile and actually cared about the customers. You don't see that very often. Keep up the great work. We need more people like you in customer service.

First time there. Not too crowded at 1930 on a Tues. Seats were nice, not the super recliner ones. At least 12 different theaters so there's a nice selection. All the staff were friendly as well. Would go back.

I had a bad experience at a movie. Within 30 minutes, I had a refund. Thank GOD Kyle was there he got me fixed up so quickly, great experience.

This theater has hosted all the anime movies I've watched in the states thus far, and the workers have been pretty cool every time I've gone. The seats are a little better than Cinemark ones, and the place is pretty clean and decently sized.

I went on Sunday and guest service great the popcorn was not to salty, the chairs were comfortable. On top of that it was clean. It just was unfortunately to comfortable, I missed the ending of the move.

Saw Endgame late night on the Sunday after it came out. I was the only person there. The only negative when compared to other theaters in the area is the seats. Better than a milk crate but not by much.

I love this theater. It is so clean and comfortable. Good price on a Sunday. It's great to get out and be in a huge screen
Movie.

I give props to Montrose Movie 12. They laid down the law before movie started that their would be no talking or cell phone use during the movie, and when some of the people who chose to do so,they asked them to leave and when they wouldn't and was disrespectful they got Copley police involved. I loved that my family felt safe and was able to watch the movie without interruptions. So thank you for making the night a great and fun experience.

Super good service. The sound didn't work, but they fixed it and restarted the movie even though only my date and I were there. 👍

I always have a great experience when I come here. (Especially on tuesdays) The workers are very nice. And I can usually get a deal. I never have to wait long in line. And the seats are soooo confortable compared to highland square theater seats.

Awesome theaters as always, but do awoid the front 4 rows if you don't want a cramped neck. My suggestion.... These seats should be removed.

Great popcorn wish they had seasoning but great service wish there was more people to go but it's nice that your the only one in your theater

Nice theatre that carries a lot of limited releases, so it's often the only place in Akron to see them. The parking lot spaces seem a bit larger than usual too, which is nice

Every Christmas my wife and I get gift cards to Regal Cinemas. we always get a jumbo popcorn Sour Patch Kids and a large Mellow Yellow. My wife was speechless after Mary Poppins.

So grateful they show non blockbusters like Lady Bird. I usually go once a week. Great theater. Fantastic rewards program. They accept Movie Pass.

It’s a movie theater.... expensive as heck. But it’s clean (as movie theaters go). The staff is in high school but are very pleasant. I prefer this theater over others based on their rewards program.
