I got a nice jacket for 60% off and a nice blouse on clearance too. He got a nice long sleeved t-shirt on clearance. Great selection of bedding with bed in a bag that includes dust ruffle, comforter, pillow shams & decorative pillows for a lower price than other department stores. Fantastic fluffy, soft bath towels also and great variety of housewares. Nice selection of women's clothes and shoes. Fantastic sale prices & coupons. If you have a JCP credit card, you get more coupon offers often in your email.

Can’t go wrong with JC Penny. It’s nice they are still going strong when so many other department stores are closing their doors for good.

Large store, all on one floor. Lots of inventory, and a great selection of items in every department. We saw several sales associates, which is a good sign- as it seems post covid- its hard to find sales help in so many stores. Every one was friendly and helpful. We did get some really great sale prices to boot.

I’ve dressed my kids with Penny’s clothing as long as 54 yrs ago. I still shop at Penny’s for their reasonably priced clothing for myself and awesome home furnishings. All their associates are ALWAYS so helpful and courteous. Why not shop Penny’s for a clean and nicely displayed layout , reasonable prices , great gifts , no worry return policy and to show appreciation to a store who has made it through sooo many area store closures- they must be doing something right . Love that store 😄

I got exactly what I was looking for. I was able to get my suit, pants, shoes, tie, undershirt, and belt for homecoming. The worker that was working in the men's suit section was incredibly kind and very helpful. Also was able to get a nice discount from their website which made it a nice deal. Huge variety of options and large clearance section too. Great experience overall.

Very clean and squared away. Great help from the Purfume associate, Marisa very patient and resourceful.
And Bridget in Men's took the time to understand my needs and pointed me in the right direction, even got a shopping cart ; as I found myself suddenly struggling from all the deals offered! Way to go team.
