Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory Cafe

The customer service was amazing even though the employee was working alone when it was extremely busy. They were very bubbly and attentive which made the experience even better! I got a latte and some chocolate truffles that were absolutely delicious. I liked them so much I came back the next day to try a caramel apple and get another latte. I do not live in Colorado so I won’t be able to get there much, but it was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend trying this place out.

Great chocolate. Their apples 🍏 are outstanding. We love bringing the little grands here when we are at the outlet mall. We highly recommend coming here!

-Had a candy apple, since they ran out of dipped strawberries.

-Also had the seasonal orange cream candy (was a bit hard)

-Locally owned (Did not know)

They had the huge bear guarding the door and welcoming guest in.

Not only do I love the products and chocolate of this place, but I love the owners. They give back to the community of Castle Rock in many ways, such as donating 100lbs of fudge to CRPD, Castle Rock Fire and the Castle Rock Adventist Hospital. They truly show that they care for the community of Castle Rock and its' first responders. 5 stars for products and for the hearts of the owners. ❤

I've been to many food places but out of so many of the places I've seen in Castle Rock this place is possibly the cleanest I've seen and the manager and her employees worked EXTREMELY hard for that. Please give them a raise! LOL

Kids loved the chocolate bites and my iced coffee was delicious! Staff was nice even though customers were so indecisive and taking forever to choose items!

New cafe looks great, I've been in a few times now. I've seen hostings of book clubs and meetings. Cozy setting and delicious chocolate. I ended up spending $40 worth on chocolate. I'm unsure if they have implemented a rewards program or loyalty to get customers coming back more often. Nonetheless it's a great place to stop by while shopping once your sweet tooth kicks in.

Me and my wife were shopping and decided to stop in and see the new location for Rocky Mountain. This place is nice!

It is now has a cafe, in addition to the chocolate. Im happy to report that the caramel macchiato and vanilla latte that we got were delicious. They used quality ingredients.

Fun first date spot or afternoon hangout. We will be back for some more coffee and another cheesecake caramel apple!

I work at the outlets and me and my coworkers decided to order some stuff from there and the service was amazing!!! They offered to make more white chocolate cherries for us and one of the guys working even ran me down to make sure I had a spoon, so of course I had to leave a review :) can’t wait to go back!
