Best Buy has some great workers that help you shop around with the best knowledge possible. I had asked someone on their input for a washing machine and dryer I was trying to buy. The person made sure to take into account the budget I was working with, along with the design and look I wanted. Everything worked out perfectly at the end and I purchased both washer and dryer from them at a very reasonable price. It’s a stackable one, so perfect for small spaces.

Very organized and clean inside of this location. I was expecting a bigger crowd following the holidays. Pleasantly surprised that there were so many available parking spaces outside and lot that wasn’t littered. I was in and out with my purchase and zero wait in line. Had enough time to snap a selfie 🤳 in the car!

I so appreciated your kindness, your interest, your helpfulness, as well as you greeting me right away when entering the printer/computer department. And thank you also for offering to carry the printer to the car -- especially since it was so very cold and rainy today. Thank you for the awesome customer service!

Best Buy has two fantastic Geek Squad team members, Mike and Dre! They were to build a TV console and attach our new Samsung TV. The console was defective, and Mike found an easy solution using our old console and another Best Buy Product.

They also showed Hubby and I how to use the new remotes and get programs. Wonderful Service!

I had an amazing experience with a warehouse worker. I was with my partner looking for a specific iPad case, which were out of stock in the store. I asked him if there were any in the back and he took the effort to go through multiple bins in front of me to find the case we were looking for.

I had a good shopping experience here, friendly and helpful staff. Changed my attitude about Best Buy after meeting several friendly and helpful staff. In previous years I never had a good experience there (Cuyahoga Falls store) and refused for more than 20 years to use their business. I will only shop Fairlawn store in future

Nearly all of the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. My experience(s) have left me with the conclusion that there is a customer value 'barrier' to breakthrough. I'm guessing commission is to blame but don't underestimate your potential consumer

We went to pay for 7 major appliances we bought for a kitchen and laundry remodel. Staff took the payment and told us there had been 3 price changes since we chose our appliances 2 weeks earlier. Two prices went up but we continued to get the original lower price. The third price dropped by a thousand dollars and Best Buy lowered our purchase price without our asking or even knowing about the price change. We continue to be impressed.

Extremely happy with Jarrod from the in-home team, who helped us select and find an LG Fridge and Kitchen-Aid Induction cooktop. He spent a lot of time with us finding what we wanted within our budget. Induction cooktops are very hard to find but he searched until we got one we wanted. Delivery was easy and everything went off as promised. Highly recommend him and will use him in the future!

I was in the store on June 14th, 2023 at approximately 5:30pm-7pm for a new phone relating to work. I own a small business and have worked with many different providers for electronic and technical support. The service I received from Gabriel and Ethan was above a 10/10. They were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and truthful about what I needed in a cellular capacity. I will not shop with anyone except Gabriel and Ethan going forward, regardless of my need or product… because I know I will receive exemplary service and honesty. If 1/2 of the Montrose Best Buy team is like these two incredible employee’s, then this business will be successful for a long time. Best Buy, make sure these types of employees are recognized and compensated for their commitment and excellence.

I am usually not a huge fan of big box stores, but shout out to this Best Buys staff who provided us excellent customer service. We went in right before the store closed on a Friday night because our daughters TV literally blew up. They were patient and helpful, and even though we were there a little past closing, their attitudes didn't change. I know that's not a huge thing to some people, but I know how much it stinks to be ready to end your shift and have to stay over. Thanks guys, you rock!

Staff was really friendly and approachable. Great displays. I love the fact that you can test some of the products right on the floor like the surround systems. The store was very and everything was easy to find.
