ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. From the salsa and queso to the margarita and quesabirria tacos, our experience was amazing. Not pictured was the Saturday special, the quesadilla norteñas. My boyfriend has never taken leftovers home in the three years we’ve been together and he had a whole quesadilla leftover! Our server was awesome and the food tasted even better. Awesome service with a smile! Do yourself a favor and stop by next time you’re in the area.

Got the Montezuma Shrimp, Steak , and chorizo loaded baked potato. Let me tell you this potato is not for the faint of heart! I could not event attempt to fonish it all! Also get the peach iced tea with a shot of vodka!

My husband & I went here for our date night this past Saturday night and let me just say...WE HAD A BLAST!!! Our servers name was Paulina and she was f'in AMAZING!!! She was so friendly and took very good care of us! And the food was PHENOMENAL!! I got the steak/chicken fajitas and my husband got the jumbo Burrito... anyways... it was all so good!!! But, Paulina was what made our night perfect!!! THANK YOU for such wonderful service and DELICIOUS food!! We will be back soon...and asking for our girl Paulina!!!

As soon as I walked in the staff was very friendly I was alone so I asked to sit at the bar and they actually asked people to move move over to make a seat for me which normally you don't get in regular bar / restaurant. I asked for a margarita to drink and the bartender asked me a few options I wanted and then showed me the huge variety of margaritas. Food was phenomenal I can't ask for a better place to eat definitely will be coming back as a regular!!

This is close to where I work and we order sometimes.
I love the Monterrey baked potatoe, oh my goodness, it's a big plate of food. I can not finish in 1 sitting.
Try the baked potato sometime!

All I have to say is what a great hidden gem tucked away in this little plaza. The food was amazing and such a great atmosphere! The staff was always checking up on us and special shout out to our server Tania! My wife and I had a great experience and would highly recommend! Whatever you do, don't drive past this place. You won't regret it!

Fast friendly service every time. I've had the Monterey potato bowl and would recommend it to everyone it's that good.

This was only the second time I've eaten here and it was just as good as the first time! I love the beans and the rice they serve with meals. Today I had one of the specials- the beef quesadilla, and it was grilled perfectly. My friend had the pork carnitas and she said they were very good too. Last time I was here I had a chile poblanos that were very good. I also had a dessert that had cheesecake center and caramel drizzled on top and it was soooooo delicious! My friend enjoyed the fried ice cream.

This has been our go to place for years. The food is great and the people are warm and wonderful. Highly recommend if you are looking for good food and a good time!

Our favorite place. Poblano beef tacos and soft tacos with a side of Chipotle cream sauce..both came with rice and beans. Cant forgot the salsa,soo fresh. Truly a great place,service us always excellent too

❤❤❤This is the one and only place to get Mexican food in Ohio, and being honest, I've only had Mexican this good at one other place, and that was outside of San Antonio Texas, being a truck driver i sample lots of it. The service is always top notch, food always hot and made fresh to order with huge servings, the margaritas are out of this world, and they are always adding new menu items and drinks. The staff treats you like family and always greets you by name after they get to know you, i feel like Norm from Cheers when i walk in the door, and they all yell out Mr. Galen. Picture is from a takeout order during the shutdown. ❤❤❤

Unusual menu. From Monterey, not Tex-Mex. Well prepared and served food. Excellent staff. Taco Tuesdays!
We eat here between 12 and 40 times a year (including lunches) and have for the last 3 years. We have had some nights that were a bit slow or not spot on but I can't cook perfectly every night, either
Tonight was Green Pork Carnitas, shrimp and bacon street tacos, and pork enchiladas enmolada. All were excellent. (The mole is the owner"s Mom's recipe.) Also got black beans which were ordinary because I didn't want refritos. Probably won't do that again Got corn tortillas for my Carnitas. It was a really nice dinner.
If you are looking for dressed up Taco Bell you won't find it here. (Real) Mexican food is fairly delicately flavored, not blazingly hot. This is Mexican food, not Mexican-American food except for the American tacos. Those they have! On Tuesdays for a buck. I like to get them, too!

I always order online, but went in today. Wonderful atmosphere and friendly service. Highly recommend. Their food is delicious 🤤

Service was spectacular as was the food! A friend recommended this place to us and I will thank him! I had the Gordita quesadilla with chorizo. It was so stuffed full it looked more like a huge taco and I couldnt have been more pleased! It tasted amazing! I of course got the flan for dessert! My bf doesnt like flan because it tastes burnt to him. He liked this because it didn't taste burnt. Will go back! Also they sell homemade items like face masks, purses, hats and woven place mats

The food and service were excellent...We were there for a family gathering on Blues Night (great band, BTW) but was too noisy to carry on a conversation. Would still go again for sure.

Great food here, Tuesdays are taco day and hard shell chicken or beef are only a dollar each. Worth every penny! Ask for Fina, she's awesome!
