Rite Aid

I've never had any problems with this Rite Aid. On occasion they will be a touch understocked in some places, but this never lasts long, and what store can say they aren't.

Rite Aid staff, whether I am here at the Tallmadge store, or at the Cuyahoga falls store on Bailey Rd.., are EXTREMELY helpful. Always. Every single time, without fail. Also very friendly. I have never had a bad experience at either one of these Rite Aid stores.

Just wanted to shout my coworkers out at Rite Aid who continue to work VERY HARD through flu season and being short staffed. Great team work!!

I’ve long been a fan of rite aid pharmacies, but Alexis and her team go above and beyond to be helpful, informative, and kind. They believe in customer service and I’ll drive out of my way to continue to use this awesome pharmacy.

I love using coupons. Many stores will hassle u if u want to use a few coupons for one reason or another. I have never had a problem at this location or chain for that matter- which makes shopping here fun and enjoyable. Also has a great pharmacy and is clean and organized. A+ in book!

Store is always neat and stocked . Always greeted with smiles and cheery hellos. Ready to aid if needed. I do not use the pharmacy for my prescriptions, however I have asked for their advice/ assistance on products and they have always been courteous and helpful. Nice,
clean , friendly, and convenient for all my fast - go to - place. Would recommend to anyone

Both Pharmacists and the pharmacy staff go out of their way to deliver great customer service with compassion and knowledge that covers the whole family. The pharmacy assists with vaccinations, diagnostics and over the counter remedies as well as in depth up- to date cognition on the latest medical break throughs and interactions of rx drugs, vitamin and nutritional supplements and preventive health measures. The staff is always cheerful, informative and benevolent any time of day or night.

Fast and convenient drive-thru pharmacy. Easy access from East Ave. and Northeast Ave. Warm and friendly staff both at the pharmacy and inside the store. Store isles are wide. What sets Rite Aid apart from CVS and Walgreens is, Rite Aid accepts Obamacare insurance whereas CVS does not and Walgreens is more expensive. Even though you're not paying for your prescriptions, I am conscious enough to get quality medication and a cheaper price for my insurance.

Great, understanding, friendly pharmacy staff! I am prescribed a narcotic medication that my normal pharm. cannot distribute 4 now, due 2 payment issues with the insurance company. They will not distribute the medicine until they work out the issue, if they work out the issue. So, i was forced 2 find a diff pharm that carries my med. The issue is, there are a bunch of diff brand that make my med, some of which do not work at all 4 some reason. So, i wanted 2 keep getting the brand i have been bcuz i know it works. I called SEVERAL pharm. & all of them were very rude, judgemental & talked 2 me like i was just a junkie bcuz i was looking for a place that carried the same brand ive been taking. This was the last place i called b4 giving up, they were very friendly & helpful from the second i spoke 2 them. They understood my problem & spoke 2 me as an individual, not a junkie looking 4 a fix or something. They didnt even carry my brand but went out of their way 2 order it 4 me. I recommend this place over any other by far!

Pharmacist and technicians are friendly. I’ve had very few problems and on those few occasions they were quick to make things right. Very reliable.

The pharmacy tech Morgan is so amazing at what she does! Always goes out of her way to give me a great experience everytime!
