Giant Eagle Supermarket

Been shopping here since they opened. I noticed the last 4 times I’ve shopped it was FULLY stocked . I couldn’t believe it - all the fruits, veggies, just loaded with freshness and the shelfs just packed , and the floors soo nice and clean.
Their pharmacy is awesome and they actually call me by my name. Whoever is training all the new cashiers - THANK YOU ! They do such a nice job packing my groceries . I love Giant Eagle and even with all the new stores now in my area i will continue to make this “my store”!

This place is special. I bought a full size Goodyear blimp here, a new Ferrari sports car, and two rental properties. Thanks google for thinking I was here, but I never have been here in my life. I can't wait to go here again.

I have shopped here on many occasions. There is a Get-Go gas station at this location. They have a great selection of fresh food.

Been going here for years for my grocery needs. Prices are up there, but anymore you're not gonna save much more at Aldi and savealot, especially with the advantage card. Usually well stocked in the pop isle too with the latest and greatest flavors, thanks!

I ordered chicken and sandwichs and a cake for a retirement party and everything was ready right when I needed it and the cake was delicious. Awesome job, thank you.

When I shop for fresh produce, and it doesn't look satisfying to me, I don't hesitate to ask if there is anything fresher in the back. The produce staff will always look, and respond. They are so friendly!
This applies to the bakery department as well.
No one has ever said no and that 's very satisfying for a shopper.

Kyle at customer service was awesome!!! My wife forgot her phone. It was after hours , he still answered customer service phone. I told him my wife was on her way, he met her at the entrance with phone in hand. OUTSTANDING JOB , KYLE !!!!!

I love this place. I know they catch slack for being expensive, but you get what you pay for.

The gentlemen at the meat counter (Jim, Mike, Russel) are so kind to me. They cut my chicken any way I ask and package it the same. They are so super sweet and always smiling and they never seem as if my requests are annoying or irritating. I love those men!!

The ladies in the bakery helped me one day with a last minute cake order. I was in a heck of a bind and they not only met my needs, but offered additional ways to make my requests more perfect than I planned. They stopped what they were doing to discuss how to help me get it done. I will never forget them (or those delicious cupcakes).

So yeah, they may cost more than your local discount grocery store, but I am fine with paying a few extra cents to ensure I’ll always get excellent service. It’s not everyday you can walk into a public establishment and have multiple employees say, “Hey! How are you? It’s been a few days.” I feel like I belong there and that they care about my families needs. I love it.

Cashiers always are very kind and personable and very patient when my chip reader isn't working properly. Curbside is always INSANELY kind and sweet!

Loving the perks just got over a hundred dollars worth of food for nearly next to nothing. Just had the best customer service. Everyone know's how fresh the products are they receive trucks daily. Loving the boneless chicken breast from the meat counter always fresh and priced right. Always friendly and helpful staff they go out of their way to answer questions.

Haven't been to GE for years, but I needed fried chicken and cake for my daughter's birthday. I waited till the last minute. Luckily both the bakery and the food service were able to help me have the items I needed to complete my daughter's party. Lisa was a big help at the food counter. She even recommend other items that would save me time. I was very impressed with the service.
