International Produce Market

Good variety of produce! Quick, in and out! Close to BART (so eat fresh!)! Assorted prices from standard to low. They pretty much always have ripe and ready bananas for 50 cents a pound or 79 cents for standard. I have seen tropical fruits like cherimoya, mamey sapote and tamarindo. Also they are friendly and very nieghborhood. Thank you.

So I’m looking around for some Taro Root and I live right by the store so I decided to go and see if this store carried this item after all I had heard great things from my mother in-law and my wife who frequently visit, so I go inside and ask Pablo the owner if he has any he directs me to the section where there is yuca plantain and so forth so I tell him oh well it was worth a shot we start talking about what the Taro looks like and this and that long story short he tells me “you know what, come by Saturday and I’ll have it for you!”
No JOKE I called on Saturday to make sure it was there and it was!
The owner went and brought some just for me!
Now I don’t know about you but that’s what I call customer service and. Passion for people and his business!

Love this place. they don't have the organic choices that i prefer, but they always have a fresh and diverse produce selection for an unbeatable low price. Better than the major grocery chains.
