Great experience! All reps super helpful. Nick at the front was the man! I couldn’t find what I was looking for. Showed him the item on my phone at the register (I’d given up was buying something else), he not only verified they had it in stock, he walked me back to where it was on the self! Superb.

Great customer service. The bike shop has an outstanding team that went above and beyond to help fix my boy's bike.
The team; Eric, Joshua and Aaron all pitched in at 3 different times to fix the bike. Eric helped me understand the problem and how to fix it myself (I didn't have the bike with me that day, but asked me to bring it next time if I can't fix it myself), Joshua went out of his way to authorize the service by his manager and was able to identify the issue and even looked around for a replacement of the custom screw to save me time and $...and he couldn't find it he asked me to come back when I buy the screw and meanwhile he'll continue looking for one for me. When I came back that same day, Joshua was on lunch but Aaron jumped in and got the gears fixed perfectly, all within ~30min. And outstanding customer service and these three guys deserve a massive THANK YOU! my kid was over the moon riding his mountain bike now that he can shift to all gears.

Excellent customer service and lots of selection on shoes, jackets, sweatshirts, hats, surf trunks, and Oneil Wetsuits for surfing that are all top quality..
North Face is a superior brand and Patagonia and they have a nice selection of both..

We were visiting from out of town and thought my wife lost an earring while trying on hoodies. We came back later and the staff were amazing. Helping to search. Alan brought out a swiffer to comb the floors. Ends up it fell out at hotel. Happy ending. We found it. But staff here were so helpful. And great selection of apparel too.
