I had an appointment today with nurse practitioner Mary Turner. It was my first appointment at this practice and I am always extra nervous for this type of appointment. To make things worse, I wrote the appointment time wrong and arrived late and felt terrible. I figured I may have to reschedule since I didn't arrive on time and I was a new patient. Jeanine, the medical receptionist, spoke to the nurse right away to make every effort to fit me in. They didn't make me feel rushed, they took care of me right away, and were very friendly and helpful. Jo, the nurse, took her time getting my medical information and going over my history and again never made me feel rushed. She was so kind, reassuring, and explained everything to me- took my nervousness away. I thought I may have a long wait time since they squeezed me in after my appointment time but the nurse practitioner, Mary Turner, came in right away. I get so nervous with exams and she was so kind and made me feel comfortable. She took her time to discuss medication with me, and to find the option best suited for my needs. She explained that my test results will go straight to my portal so I won't even have to wait for a call. Check out was equally easy, with Janine actually knowing more about my insurance plan than I do, and explaining to me that I don't have a copay for this visit. Everyone in this medical practice works with each other to make you feel comfortable and to take great care of their patients. Lately, it feels like it is not so easy to find a place to get care where you don't feel like just a number. I will absolutely recommend them and I am thankful to have found such a caring provider (and her team!)

Dr. Mike is awesome! He is very patient with us and answers all of our questions thoroughly. He always provides us with his full attention during appointments and never makes us feel rushed, though I’m sure he is quite busy. This is my first pregnancy, and we always feel at ease when leaving the office. The turnaround time for test results is also quite impressive. We never have to wait long for any answers. I would definitely recommend Dr. Mike and Valley Health for any parents-to-be!

I have been twice already and love it! My first appointment I was 10w pregnant and hadn’t been pregnant in almost 10 years. The doctor took the time and explained every question I had and urged me to ask more. We talked for an hour about what’s normal/not normal. Very informative and reassured. I was not treated like a number or the quota of 1 patient per 20 minutes. Dr. Owen Reagan is awesome!

I am so blessed to be under Dr. Rocky Fowler's and MSN CFNP Mary Turner's care at these clinics. All the staff are absolutely wonderful going the extra mile all the time! The doctors, nurses and staff really take the extra time to listen to your needs and concerns. Dr. Rocky Fowler and Mary Turner are so patient and understanding always working with the patient and family to provide outstanding care! Thank you so much for all you do!

I started going here about 2 months ago. I've seen dr Martinez 3 times since and today will be my 4th. I LOVE him!! He is amazing! Whenever I go I'm always in & out, I never have to wait and everyone is so nice. His nurse I believe her name is crystal is so sweet & nice. I couldn't ask for better people! I would highly recommend this place & dr Martinez!!

Most practices are losing their small town feel. Also office practitioners are slimming due to insurance and other federal requirements! Its nice to know we have a group of physicians who have enough passion to keep fighting the good fight for us. This group is wonderful! I was with the group before and moved when they lost a few doctors. The group now is just as amazing! Their expertise is beyond what you can find in this area! This is a small town and as we know, you learn by experience more then a textbook! At Shenandoah Valley OB GYN you will still get the one on one we look for in a small town! The care and compassion they have is beyond what I have seen in local facilities up the road. You are a number there, here they worry about your pain, comfort and are concerned with your worries! Dr Mike knew about a medical condition I had that was not in his field. It meant a lot because sometimes its those rare things that play a role in your health where you wouldn't even realize it does. God bless this group and I wish them the best as they continue to grow their clientele! Give them a shot, I know you wont regret it!

I saw Dr. Baker emergently today. She was kind thoughtful and sensitive to my needs. She explained everything in great detail and made me very comfortable with the plan ahead. She is an amazing doctor and I would recommended her 100%! The office staff and nurse, Kystal KJ, were also very considerate and kind.

Doctor Mike and Bobbi are both amazing. The staff was friendly and incredibly helpful, they even managed to squeeze me in between appointments to check my recent incision when I had developed a small bleed. I would highly recommend them to my friends, family and clients.

I am truly grateful I found this practice in Front Royal ! I have been going to the office since last November and Dr. Mike is amazing! From his nurse Crystal to the front office staff. Dr. Mike I couldn't be happier to be one of your patients!

Dr. Mike was wonderful!!! He is very knowledgeable, professional, compassionate and caring!! I would, and have recommended him to several of my friends! Keep up the great work!

Lindy decided to cancel my appointment because I had an ultrasound for a hematoma last week, and thought that another one would be "too much radiation". There isnt radiation in ultrasounds. Ultrasounds are sound. Radiation is light. So I was denied the chance to check on the status of the hematoma behind my growing baby because a patient access specialist thought she was an ultrasound tech.

Customer service here is awful. Appointments you have to book like 3 weeks out . And for some reason when I scheduled the woman I spoke to said I was only allowed to see 2 doctors even though I said multiple times I didn’t care who I saw, which made scheduling a pain. Both the doctors I’ve met though have been extremely nice.
