I could not be more impressed with Ramon and Vicktor at Rock Auto. I spoke with Ramon on the phone letting him know what I was looking for and he spent a lot if time finding me the perfect vehicle and securing the financing all before I had ever arrived on the lot. I got a vehicle I love and there was full transparency on any issues the vehicle had which were minor cosmetic issues. I met Vicktor on the phone letting me know my plates were in and as I live quite a distance away and have a hectic work schedule, once again they stepped right up to accommodate me.
