Ben Franklin plumbing is smart, they give free estimates and have hot water heaters on their truck. But the over the top service was outstanding. Ask for, “ Greg Brett “, he put in a new water heater, no problem. Other companies were frustrating. Mr.Bretz was so helpful informative and promptly took on the task with great skill. I was so pleased and confident in his work, I had him do several other jobs that needed to be done. I am a happy customer.

Greg was AMAZING and professional. Setting up appointment and updates were excellent.
I felt pricing slightly more than I thought it would cost but in the end it worked out and I was totally informed. I understand what is going on with my home as far as pipes are concerned. Greg was kind and efficient and a pleasure to have as my plumber.

We did not have a plumber that we had used in the past. We had used Benjamin Franklin plumbing in the past For installation of a water heater and a hook up for a natural gas grill and was extremely happy with the job they did for us. This was a yearly inspection, and Greg discovered that I had a leak in my gas line. he was able to repair it and the line looks better than the original. Extremely happy with Greg. You won’t be disappointed.

Called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing needing a new (Gas) hot water heater quick. Greg showed up ahead of time window. He discussed our options with us. Once decided on water heater Greg went to work removing old heater and made quick work with installation of new water heater. Greg was in and out in a timely manner. Very pleased, up and running within few hrs.

Very happy with my experience with Benjamin Franklin plumbing. We had an emergency and they were able to get a technician out asap. Joe, the technician did a great job and took his time to explain each step of the process. Overall, I’m happy with the service and would recommend to homeowners.

Unfortunately it was time for us to completely redo our plumbing. An older home with iron pipes-it had become impossible to repair. The team we had did an excellent job and everything is like new! Any concerns we had they resolved in a timely manner. I appreciate their hard work and dedication in getting this accomplished. They responded to my online request very fast. An estimate was scheduled for the next morning. The tech Greg did the estimate, and we agreeded to a price. He went to work right then. He explained what he was going to be doing. He got it all done in less than an hour. Great service. Greg was very professional, a very friendly nice guy. Totally comfortable having him at my home, and to do the work.

Joseph and his partner were very professional and very helpful! We thought we had a leak under the foundation of our house and that wasn’t the case at all. I felt like they went above and beyond to look for what it was and fixed the real problem right away. While they were here we also told them we didn’t have hot water in our guest bathroom, and they also fixed that right away. I thought they would have wanted to schedule that service separately since we didn’t plan on letting them know about the second problem but they fixed it right away. They were very quick and very nice! I thought their prices were very reasonable as well! Thank you so much!

Greg was early which was a bonus for us. He did a great job installing a valve and gas line, in a very tight spot, for our new oven. He went above and beyond so the oven fit in place perfectly.

This was a last minute call and they didn't have any availability. After hanging up they called us back and managed to squeeze us in. Great service all around.

We will definitely be calling Benjamin Franklin Plumbing next time we need any plumbing services.

I had not used this company before, but pleasantly surprised at the professional attitude and knowledge of Joseph. He was able to obtain a pump and assembly that was needed and finished in a short amount of time. Very happy.

On time and direct in advising us on the project. Was fast and kept everything neat and clean. Kept us informed and showed us how to operate the equipment. Will use BF again

Technician understood the issue and repaired so vibration would not cause future separation of the pipe. Cleaned up and left all in good shape. Very professional and a nice experience.

Joe came out the same day I called about a leak in the pipe from the meter to my house. He found the leak right away and did a great job repairing it. He was very professional and allowed my kids to watch him do the repair. We are so thankful for the quick response and great technician. Thank you Joe!
