Jake from Space Coast Plumbing did an excellent job replacing my old AO Smith water heater. He installed a new Rheem unit, added all new copper fittings, including new expansion tank, plus it had a better warranty than my old unit & also more energy efficient too. Cleaned up & took my old unit all done very efficiently in less than 1 & 1/2 hours. Highly recommend them.👍👍

I needed to have a camera for the job and they have one and I was able to have a plumber come out the same day - I super happy about that! Space Coast Plumbing helped resolve my sewer blockage by discovering that AT&T had pierced my lateral sewer line when installing fiber optic cables in my neighborhood. I am very happy with the service I received from Space Coast Plumbing. Jake was on time, in fact he was a little early. He called to let me know he had finished with his previous customer early & could come to my house earlier. When he arrived he was very professional, courteous, and got right to work. He finished the job, and cleaned up the work area. I highly recommend Space Coast Plumbing.

I had a few non-urgent repairs that needed done and he was able to make it out the same day I called. The pricing was right on point for what I had expected to budget for the job... opposed to another local company that tried to charge 3X what I ended up paying with Space Coast Plumbing. He came equipped with exactly what he needed and went through the repairs much faster than expected, and I'm generally good at estimating.

My water heater broke and Space Coast Plumbing was able to come out at noon the following day to install a replacement. Two plumbers came out, and they were fast, professional, and very tidy. The job was finished ahead of time and cost slightly less than quoted.

Additionally, Jake let me know that in my area, there was a rebate of $350 on a new gas water heater through our natural gas utility provider and gave me what I needed to apply to it. I had no idea idea this rebate was available and greatly appreciate them telling me about it.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jacob and the excellent service he provided. We were having some water pressure issues at our second home in Melbourne Beach, so I called Space Coast and asked if they could come out. I had to return to work in North Carolina two days before he came, leaving my wife to take care of a few things at the house.

Jacob was timely, coming exactly when he said he would. He analyzed the situation, diagnosed the problem, and had it resolved very quickly. While at the house, he fixed a leak, installed a new faucet and replaced some piping that had been installed incorrectly. Having to get my wife to handle issues that normally I would take care of is not my preference, but knowing there are trustworthy, responsible, and dependable people like Jacob really put my mind at ease.

I would highly recommend him for any plumbing issues you might have and I would not hesitate to call him for anything else I need done. I will call him in the future to see if he has recommendations for other services as well.

Though it was not my primary concern (because I wanted the issue resolved), the amount he charged was in my opinion too low. Having renovated two houses recently, I expected a much higher charge.

In summary, if you have an issue, Space Coast needs to be your first call. You will thank me later, I assure you.

Jake came out the same day I called (it was a non-emergency) and replaced two water valves, one above the hot water heater and the main shutoff valve for the house. He called before he arrived and quickly/efficiently replaced both valves with high quality ball valves and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Space Coast Plumbing! :)

We were so impressed with Jake (owner). They were prompt--came at the time they said they would--and easily diagnosed and fixed our problem of a clogged washing machine drain pipe. My husband discussed other work that we wanted to get done in the future, and Jake struck my husband as being knowledgeable as well as keeping up on the new technology, such as toilets and just *how* they can flush effectively when their water tank is smaller. My husband used to do all his home repairs so he's knowledgeable about plumbing, and was very happy with Jake's experience and capabilities. This was the 3rd plumber I tried; the first 2 didn’t return my calls. Then we got mixed up on our appointment time so I had to reschedule. When Jake arrived he was very apologetic, wanted to make things right, expressed the desire for my business and satisfaction. In hindsight I’m pretty sure the mix up was my fault and I told him so, but he just wanted to be sure I was properly taken care of. He worked quickly and neatly, kept me informed along the way.
