Doghouse Pizza-Melbourne

On our way back to FLL around 3:30 pm want to stop for pizza before taking I95 S. We found on Google this place and give it a try. The location is a warehouse building in a corner with a very genuine inside decoration. by the way , very nice logo- We asked for the Hawaiian Pizza and really enjoyed flavor and style. We had a good talking with the owner about the place and paintings on the wall from local artists. We’ll back in our next visit to Melbourne!

Very good Pizza ! Better than any pizza I’ve had in this area since I moved from the Chicagoland area. Definitely recommend! You gotta check out this place ! Really cool decorations inside too

Everyone loves good pizza, TRUE statement! BUT, if you want a GREAT Pizza or as I say "Apizza" or even "Pie" , head out to Doghouse Pizza! This week I tried one of the specialty pizzas, with Tomatoe, Pesto , and Garlic, Out of This 🌎 !! AND pie lovers always dream of the "perfect crust"...well Doghouse has the crispiest and freshest bottom crust in Brevard County...maybe even from Maine to Miami 🏖 Also tasted a specialty called the "Hawaii 5-0" which consisted of Ham, Bacon, Pineapple & Ricotta. Unreal!! I've been told their Traditional Chicken Wings are top-shelf as well , hmmmm maybe I'll go tomorrow? In the meantime, run over to the Doghouse and have fun with their incredible food, and friendliest, most caring people around! Thank You!

Tonight, we had an exciting opportunity to explore a popular local establishment, Dog House Pizza. We had heard great things about it, and it certainly lived up to the hype. The overall feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with an impressive 95% approval rating.

While it's important to note that Dog House Pizza offers a unique style that differs from New York, Detroit, or Chicago pizzas, it still manages to deliver an incredible taste experience. The crust, in particular, stood out with its distinctiveness and delightful crunch. The bottom of the pizza had a perfectly blistered texture, adding even more depth to the overall enjoyment. Additionally, the toppings were absolutely delicious.

Although we typically seek out traditional New York or Detroit-style pizzas at Genna's, Dog House Pizza has become our go-to place for something truly unique. In fact, we anticipate ordering from them more frequently than any other pizzeria in Brevard County. We were genuinely impressed and thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

Now, onto a minor drawback. We had requested fresh garlic to be added to our pizza alongside bacon and onions, for which we were happy to pay. Unfortunately, the garlic was inadvertently left off, and we were charged for it nonetheless. Despite this small oversight, the exceptional taste of the pizza outweighed any disappointment. We are confident that Dog House Pizza will make it up to us in our future visits.

Overall, our experience at Dog House Pizza was fantastic, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking a unique and delicious pizza adventure.

New owners - prices better, recipes the same!! I was able to order online no problem!! Love their pizzas. Here are the new menus.

We ordered the Hawaii 50 along with the pickle rick. Both pizzas were delicious! The crust was crisp and both pizzas had amazing flavor. We were kindly greeted by two gentlemen inside who were very kind to our family. I highly recommend this pizza joint to others. If we ever back in the area, we will def come back and visit again!

We’ve been in here 3 or 4 times over the last couple months, and it’s been the same every time. Great tasting food, great atmosphere, and the service is excellent as well. The owner, Mike, thanks every customer for coming in every time we’re there. As for the pizza, it’s a thinner crust, crunchy with just the right amount of chewiness, the sauce is tasty, perfectly seasoned, with just the right amount of cheese and toppings. The wings are cooked well with great sauces. We’ve also tried the cheesesteak sub (on Cerrato’s bread!) with fries. The music-themed decor is really cool as well, and the place is clean. Really clean. Do yourself a favor and give this place a chance.

My son got to do 180s in the Drift Cycle for free while we waited for our Supreme Pizza. Great experience and great pizza! Would definitely come here again since we live walking distance from the location. Very kid friendly Pizza Place!

Business under new ownership, I never tried them before but the new owners definitely know how to run a restaurant! The atmosphere is great, the staff there is super friendly and nice, and the food.... OH BOY, THE FOOD!! Is absolutely delicious! I'm sure ill try everything in due time but I've had the buffalo chicken sandwich a bunch of times, the wings, the pizza, and the GYRO!!!! all of them have been hits, and I found out they make their own buffalo sauce! Needless to say I'm a regular, and for a reason!

Ordered my first pizza there on Friday night. It was amazing! Tasted like Chicago style thin crust. Best pizza I have had since moving to Florida ! We will be customers for life!!

Today I checked out Doghouse Pizza -Melbourne and I had the Gyro Sandwich. It was carved off the spindle and it was juicy and well seasoned. Topped with tzatziki, healthy tomatoes lettuce and onions. I can truly say that it was the best I have ever had. A real treat. New owner Mike and his staff Bravo 👏 🤌

Doghouse pizza was amazing! Hubby and I wondered in after finding it online. The owner waited on us and was pleasant and efficient. We ordered a medium pizza with pepperoni and it was absolutely loaded with pepperoni over sauce and cheese on a super crispy crust, the way we like it! We live 30 miles south of this place but shop in the area and will be repeat guests. While we were there around 12:30 pm, there was a table if 6 workers all enjoying their selections and 3 or 4 couples wondered in while we were eating. There are luncheon specials and a full menu. We recently ate at a downtown Melbourne pizza restaurant on the bottom floor of a high rise apartment building. Doghouse is not only less expensive, but so much better all the way around and alot more toppings! Mangia!

New Owners!!

Doghouse has new owners. They are very interested in making this place successful and they are experienced with other restaurants in the area.

They have returned to an expanded menu which is great. We had their garlic sticks, a pepperoni and sausage pizza, and steak sandwich. They have kept the pizza true to what made doghouse taste so good! The garlic sticks were good, and my wife enjoyed her sandwich. Best of luck to them. We know we will be back often.

This is the pizza that I have been searching everywhere in Brevard County for. Great food, service and atmosphere make this a hidden gem waiting to be discovered. If you like “Chicago style” thin crust pizza this is your place.

Stopped here on a whim and was overwhelmed by how many options they have and how incredibly enormous the portion sizes are! Definitely not a healthy eatery haha everything is covered in pulled pork, barbecue sauce, or cheese. Which is not a bad thing at all if that's what you're looking for! Prices were very fair and all of the food was fantastic. Looking forward to coming back to try their pizza.

Customer service 6 out of 5. Ambience 7 out of 5. Pizza is crunchy, but soft, fantastic Seasonings, great pepperoni, mozzarella has the perfect texture. I had a great experience! Some of the negative reviews are fake, you can see that my pictures have been stolen, and reused. 😊
