If you have issues with difficult scripts Joe is the pharmacist to speak to. The staff in the pharmacy has always been very helpful, friendly and kind. I drive a long way to this CVS pharmacy for this exemplary service.

The low rating others have given for this CVS is surprising. I give them 5-stars for their pharmacy service, store service, and shelves are consistently stocked and organized.

We moved here a little less than a year ago, so I had to change pharmacies. This CVS has been just fine for us. We both got Covid boosters when we first came and the pharmacy and other staff have always been efficient and nice.

The Dynamic Duo. At the intersection of S Commerce/Remount Road/South Street in Front Royal are pharmacists "Maggie" and "Sam." Finally a team of professionals who actually care about their patients! I had an issue with a drug. I called the manufacturer of that drug. They spoke with this CVS and its caring pharmacists and voila the problem was solved! Thank you, CVS. Thank you, Maggie and Sam.

The pharmacist, Joe, went above and beyond to get my daughter’s prescription transferred and filled before we left on a trip. Rarely do you get such great service.

Keri works in the pharmacy. She was very very good and efficient and a multi multi tasked. She helped us with time sensitive medicine quickly. Thank you you are a great asset to CVS

Only pharmacy we could find that could do walk in Covid booster shots. They were very polite and efficient.

Fast service.

I love that you get a text when your prescription is ready. There are times when there is a line, but you need to go in with patients. I understand if the staff seems short at times- I’ve seen way to many rude customers at the counters. I have not had any issues with any of my families scripts. I have a controlled monthly prescription, notify my doctor, she sends it in, then it’s filled. Not sure why anyone has a problem with that process. The staff is doing the best they can- our area is growing fast and there aren’t that many pharmacies here.

Not really sure why this CVS has been getting so much flak, but I've been going here for a little over a year, and sure, there have been one or two off times that I went in and felt like they had been slightly rude, but I go there about every other week, and never have had a single issue with the store or staff. Generally speaking, I find that all of the members of staff, pharmacy or otherwise, have been polite and professional. Don't be discouraged by the Karens' that must be super easily offended, it's really a pleasant atmosphere, especially with their newer location. Just my opinion, though. 🤔

Rite Aid was better, but CVS isn't too bad

Medicine is hardly ready on time, but other than that, its fast paced checkout
