Big Lots

The Big Lots in Front Royal was large, well stocked, and organized, making it easy to find what I was looking for. The variety of products available was impressive, and I was able to find everything I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, adding to the pleasant shopping experience. Overall, I had a good experience and definitely recommend it to others.

One of the larger stores (used to be Food Lion) in the shopping center. Always a good selection of new items (and many regular items). Clearance sections are always worth browsing. Most groceries are decently priced, but just look at expiration dates, condition of package. We love to get snacks here. We have gotten cookies that someone had opened on the shelf and eaten several out of (not realizing until we got home) and have purchased expired items (or extremely close to) not knowing, so be sure to look. Housewares has a decent selection, but I have noticed that many items sold for the home (kitchen stuff, in particular) don't seem to last as long as they would from a regular shop (not always, but sometimes), so beware. Staff has always been really helpful and friendly. Store is clean.

This is the first time we've been to the Big Lots in Front Royal. The store was really clean and they had a good selection of items. There's plenty of parking.

Shopped this store for a long time. Good inventory for good buys and items not available in other stores.

Counter cashier was super kind to work with me to use a 5.00 coupon. Limited soda selection stopped that cause had to be 2 transactions coupon min was 15. I spent 13.00 no coupon allowed after at counter resetting password and acquiring the coupon ( 1 other in line), I feel good even tho I didn't get the 5.00 off. The Pepsi on shelves were all splashed sticky sodas I bought smaller size to avoid the sticky mess and 3 for 4. Wasn't too bad.

One word... awesome. This store is fantastic. Great people. Clean. Open. Friendly. Well stocked. My wife and I always go here for furniture mostly and ask for Shane. Shane is incredibly nice. Most helpful guy in the world, but all their people are great. Had a return we had to make one time at no fault of the store and they were 10 times more helpful than any other product return experience I've had. Above and beyond. Love these folks!!!

Big Lots!! I probably go in Big Lots, like, 2/3 x a week. Lol. I just like to look around usually. If I remember to get their Weekly AD Paper and go through it, I actually come across some good deals. The other day I was in Big Lots and being my lucky day, the Women's Clothing was 50% off 🙈, and if I would have read their Weekly AD, I would have brought more money into the store with me! Big Lots is really good about their prices, although some items you have to look at their price like 4x to really know that's the correct one. Lol. Just watch the prices.

This is one of the biggest stores I’ve been to outside of a big city. Very clean and organized store. Actually wasn’t much of a crowd. Staff at the checkout area were very friendly and chatty. Great experience in this store.

A great place to find deals but if it seems to good to be true ? You better buy what you need because next day it might gone.

Big Lots is a real nice place for discount prices.... The only thing I have a problem is the merchandise is not priced. So no price no purchase from me.
