Just got off the phone with Jessica. She provided me a quote on auto insurance within just a few minutes which provided me better coverage with a lower deductible and a higher collision coverage! Once I gave her the approval, John called and got my policy changed over. And the best part besides saving me money while providing better coverage, they handled the whole cancellation and transfer without me having to call my current provider. Always have a positive interaction with the great people at Kasey's location. My need today was obtaining a copy of my policy and Jessica took care of that request in a timely manner. She even took the extra step to see how my day was going and if there was any additional questions I had.

Julie worked with me to get my Home Owners insurance to a reasonable rate after my current company almost doubled. She was able to find a decent company to underwrite me for considerably less last May. Then she called me today to review the renewal. Was very pleased my policy renewed for an increase of less than $400. After all the nightmare stories of 50% increases I was very pleased!
