Mrs. Mary is FANTASTIC!! Reallly understanding. I have been working with her and her assistant for YEARS!! I am SO sad that I cannot not take her with me in my new state and even WORSE there is not an Acceptance Insurance where I am going. I left Direct Auto years ago and NEVER looked BACK.
