Gabriel at this location was so helpful. I had bizarre issues with my acct and connectivity and was bouncing between 2 phones to try to make things work. He was patient, understanding, and calm. (This was after visiting another store and a repair shop and no one could figure out the problem!) I will only return to this store going forward. The staff there treated me like a person, and not a number in line. Thank you!

Came in on Tuesday because my phone was acting up. A young gentle took care of me ordered my new phone which came in on Friday. Saturday after work came in to transfer my data, and a young lady helped me along with the gentleman who helped me before, very caring knowledgable and listens to your needs. THANK YOU guys for all the great work you do. It is very much appreciated. I will come to this location again.

Very helpful staff, very patient with my mom and I through the whole process. We had lots of questions. Very satisfied. We upgraded an Iphone, bought AirPods and got 2 AppleWatches

Dustin gave me amazing customer service today. My phone wasn’t turning on this morning and he was able to turn it back on. I was already on the market for a new phone so I ended up upgrading. Then he asked me what Internet service provider I had and I told him Cox cable. He told me that if I switched over to T-Mobile my Internet would only be $30 per month with my first responder discount. I was so shocked and I switched right away! If I ever need T-Mobile again, I will definitely be asking for Dustin. He was very helpful and didn’t rush through anything. Thanks Dustin!!

Visiting from out of town and had to pay my bill. In my home state there are kiosks to pay bills, however this location they did not have the kiosk. As I entered the store was busy, I was greeted, however initial team member asked me to sign in. Another team member Ray, offered immediate assistance and I was in and out in 3-minutes.
Big shout out to Ray at this location for not only being a team member but also for taking the initiative to provide quality customer service and truly representing the T-Mobile brand.

The lady that helped me, Regina I believe, was amazing. She helped me get the best deal for my upgrades and a new line. Definitely go see her if you need any help with anything or if you need things explained in a way you can understand.

Went in just curious about prices and was greeted by Dustin (same first name as me which is rare so that was cool) . Honestly don't know if anyone has ever done such a great job in sales as he did that day. He didn't "push" to sell me anything at all, which is good because being in retail I hate being sold to. I can smell it a mile away and normally it makes me not want to buy from someone when they're just trying to close a sale. He just informed me of the promotions going on, how much he could save me and did it all with a smile the entire time. He ended up getting me the best plan and I even dropped COX home internet for T-Mobile home internet. Hard to beat the price savings! I had Verizon before and got 6Mbps DL speed at my house, I couldn't even send a text message some times. Now with T-Mobile I was getting between 350 - 512 Mbps!! It's like lightning now. I walked in just to get pricing ideas but because Dustin did such a great job explaining everything I left a T-Mobile mobile and home internet customer and sent my mom in the next day to drop her AT&T plan and make the switch to T-Mobile with Dustin, and she did!

Should have come here instead of dealing with liars in offshore customer service affiliates. When will TMobile learn that offshore customer service is anything but? Sure, they may have saved a nickle or two, but they wasted at least 8 hours of my time and screwed everything up, and lied about it on top of that. Go to the physical location and save yourself the headaches!

I really like this T-Mobile store I was in there the other day and ordered a phone and Lena was very helpful and other employees were also very friendly.... I was well taken care of here and all my questions were answered I can highly recommend this branch of T-Mobile... They went out of their way to explain everything to me and gave me so much information and I was not rushed I was accommodated in every way that you would want to be when you are making a purchase and I really appreciate it that.

Staff was friendly and atop their jobs. Not sure of the female's name that assisted, but certainly a personable character. Felt good after having walked out the door. Thank you miss! 😊

I love this store compared to the others I've had to visit in PA and VA. 6 staff members, one waiting at the door for customers, and super fast. Was in and out with new phone and everything transfered over in less than 15 mins!

The associate, Reina, was absolutely amazing! My z flip 4 had a defective hinge that made it so I couldn't open my phone that I had got a week before. The first T mobile store I went to said they couldn't do anything but Reina looked into all the options and found a solution! After a stressful day of running around trying to figure out what to do, her and the T Mobile store on Virginia Beach Blvd and Independence saved the day. Seriously, these guys are great!
