Seem to have all of the latest tech in equipment. The in-mouth scanner is fabulous tool. Very clean and well-run office, with a great clinical and office staff. All Very helpful in making decisions.

Casey is my hygenist and she's just the best! Not only does she does a great job and is professional and takes such care with what she does, she's a pleasant person and so nice to talk to. And I'm going to miss Dr. Sartelle soooooo very much! There's no one like him. And, the staff are exceptional and have always been polite and helpful. Highly recommend Apple Valley Dental!!

So happy to have found this dental practice! I recently relocated to Front Royal from out of state, and I am a dentist phobic patient, and was extremely pleased with the entire practice. From receptionist, billing, hygienist to the dentist all were friendly yet professional. The office is well-kept and inviting. Definitely this is my new dental practice.

So.. It's been years since I've seen a dentist. Because of dental trauma from auto accident yrs ago that created other issues over time. I could tell you the entire boring story, but let's face it, you want to see a dentist and not read my long review..

The folks in the front were very polite and kind
My dentist was great. He was kind and interested in helping. Short term and long term
My hygienists was fantastic!!(Sara/Sarah not sure of spelling)
She was very understanding of my past experiences. She was passionate, diligent, informative, positive, helpful, very kind, patient and gentle as possible. She had a cheerful and light hearted personality. She made the 1:20 minutes of Deep Cleaning possible for me. Thank you so much Sara/Sarah!!
Last but not least.. the billing/follow up appointment ladies were all very polite, cheerful, and very informative about payment options and plans for continued future treatments.
Very Happy with my complete experience with these folks and will continue with treatments and future appointments with them

I love Kasey and Dr Beyers. After not seeing them for 5 years, putting my kids first, they were so understanding.

After chipping a tooth I was in need of some repair and a fill in. I found Apple Valley through Google and quickly had an appointment booked within just a couple days. Check in was easy and quick, the dental tech was wonderful in getting me xrayed and setup, and the dentist was very kind and informative during the process. Overall I had a great experience and am happy with the work. I'll be coming back regularly to this location and dentist.

The staff are great. Check-in and check-out was proficient with little wait time. Mary Beth is always pleasant, engaging, and informative. Dr Trang provided options to consider and did not make me feel pressured. Great visit!

My wife and I are delighted with the hygienists! I had Kasey - super great! She was genuinely happy to explore the questions I had - never felt rushed. The next day, my wife and kids went in and had Sally. My wife was BLOWN AWAY - Sally engagement with our two girls (7 and 4) beautifully. They felt completely comfortable, happy, and safe with her. Super shout out to Sally - you made my wife's day - thank you for the care you put in to your work - it comes through crystal clear and is deeply appreciated! 👍♥🙏

I love everything about this office, right down to details like the comfy chairs in the waiting room and the ease of making appointments online. The hygienists are kind and compassionate towards my children and I; even those of us who are especially anxious about dental procedures feel at ease here. They’ve helped us quickly and skillfully with children’s dental emergencies, even in the middle of the night and on a holiday weekend. There is nothing I don't like about this office and all the awesome people who work there.

First, I’d like to say that everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. I feel that my 6 month appointments are thorough and potential problems explained in-depth. I am confident I receive top-notch dental care!

This place is literally amazing myself and my three children have come here and it is such a nice facility. Everybody is so helpful and kind and assistive and reliable and professional. You really feel like all your needs are met, and taken good care of. And if they can’t fix a problem, they won’t charge you for it; as this has just happened to me today I was astounded, but they did not want to take any payment because they couldn’t resolve the issue and they referred me to a great oral surgeon. So I’ve been here a few times and they’re amazing, honest, very trustworthy. Good people.

My husband an extraction and several fillings. Dr. Beyers was amazing . The tooth and infection were more complicated than originally thought. My husband who fears the dentist was calm and had all the confidence in Dr Beyers. Afterwards no pain! Impressed with the after care instructions and follow up five stars not enough
Second review for me ! Sally was my hygienist and the visit was amazing . All the staff were terrific and the dentists the best . I mention Sally specifically as I had not had my teeth cleaned in over a year. I was very nervous and she put me right at ease . Her professional manner yet caring went above and beyond . Actually can’t wait to go back to the dentist. ! That is a first !😀

Awesome, quick, and great experience. The crown fell off my tooth over the weekend. Called them, and they told me to come in for a appointment 2 days later to get it repaired. Everything resolved and crown glued back on. Dr. Byers again was very professional. The assistant, and office folks were very professional and goes out of their way for you. I tried to convince Dr. Byers that my crown had a guarantee with it but he didn't fall for it. Love that office and everyone in it.

This place is awesome! The staff is amazing and they have great dentists! I especially love the Dental Hygienist they have. Sally is my favorite, she takes the time to discuss the health of my teeth and she makes me feel like we are family every appointment I have. I have been going here for years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else! Professional work by caring people, couldn't ask for anything better.
