I had a very good experience. The clerk behind the counter was very helpful and explained the many items that I was exposed to. My friend's grandson was looking for a video game that I was gifting 🎁. The experience was senior friendly and child friendly.

This was one of the most AMAZING GameStops I've ever visited. My brother is a gamer and we have been to many different GameStop stores around the county. This location is hands down great! It was clean, organized, the three employees that were there were just AWESOME! We were greeted on our way in. They were quick to answer any questions every customer in the store had. They were so kind and attentive. The woman there even went the extra mile to look online for a product that wasn't in store for me. I didn't even ask, she offered. The guys were just as great. We all had a great conversation, we were treated like family! We all want to thank you and we will be traveling from Merritt Island to this location from now on. I wish I could give 10 stars! :)

Sheila was amazing! So helpful and knowledgeable about everything. We got top $$ for our trade. My son walked out with a big smile!

Matthew was amazing. He was so helpful and perfect under pressure because he was all alone on a Saturday afternoon. Great experience and that was thanks to Matthew.

While they did not have what I was looking for in stock, the expert staff did everything in their power to square me away. Most importantly, they referred me to other stores that may have the items and advised me of the best way to shop from them. Job well done. Highly recommended.

Everyone there has ALWAYS been, and continues to be so incredibly helpful and friendly!! And all the employees are very knowledgeable, and treat you more like fellow gamers or friends than customers..lol

I purchased a defective ps5 from gamestop in palm bay but they never answer their phones. So i called this gamestop and spoke to Sheila, SHE WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING AND SUPER HELPFUL!! She made the process extremely quick and easy and answered all my questions. I cant thank her enough. I highly suggest buying the 2 year warranty, i exchanged my ps5 for a brand new one!

I went in to preorder today. I was given nice, friendly, and welcoming service. The woman behind the counter was great. She's basically the opposite side of the coin of all the negative things said of Gamestop. I'd definitely go to the store again and probably will.

This store is well laid out and immaculately merchandised. This is no easy task, considering the sheer number of different things they sell. The manager was incredibly friendly and helpful. Definitely happy I stopped in.

Always a great place for gamers.

This place used to be awful idk if it was the employees or the management, maybe both. But ever since Jamie, the new store lead, took over the whole place turned around. Shes super professional and really knows how to do her job whether it be skus and how to enter them to correct a transaction on the register, or to being involved in the video game scene and actually knowing the customer. James and the other two newer male employees who I've met are also very helpful. When the store lead is this amazing it makes me want to shop at gamestop. To put it in perspective, the pro membership I have doesn't even make me want to do that.

Haven't been to a game store in forever.. was surprised to see the one in the mall closed.. looking for ideas and stopped in to see what was new . The clerk was really knowledgeable and helpful. In today's day of customer service this guy 'I'm sorry I didn't get his name' went beyond looking answers up to help me out.. lol definitely felt old when he mentioned his mother also complains about the prices of videos games.. will definitely be back and recommend this game stop to everyone but my cousin..

Very cordial and quick with my return. They have awesome accessories and toys that go on sale that I tend to get for myself or as a birthday gift. Mostly just for me though.

Just bought the Playstation Classic Mini Console. They were $100, but the guys there told us they'd be going on sale real soon. So they honored the sale price for me right there, on the spot. Was $100. I paid $60! Thanks guys! Two snaps and a twist!

Friendly atmosphere with helpful and attentive staff. James and the other individual who works there (the manager I believe) are both fantastic.
