Mattress Barn Melbourne Super Store

We accidentally pulled in thinking it was a different store and decided to go in. I was adamant I was getting a specific brand. Well, I am fortunate for this happy accident. John happily greeted us and asked us if we had any questions. I always have many. John answered them easily. He is a consummate professional and is really knowledgeable about SO many aspects of sleep, pain, comfort, and of course mattresses. He is patient and there is ZERO pressure. We ended getting our dream bed for 50% less than other stores! Amazing to walk out knowing we were respected and well taken care of...like family. Great warranty and exchange policies too! I highly recommend him and his store! 🫶

John was amazing! Low pressure sales. Very knowledgeable and bent over backwards to help us find three mattresses during COVID when inventory was limited. I dreaded shopping for mattresses, but ended up having a very pleasant experience. Will never go anywhere else! Delivery service was excellent, had good communication with us and was on time! A+++

We recently visited Mattress Barn on the Palm Bay road as we were starting the process of finding a comfortable and affordable queen size Mattress for our sons apartment. The man that helped us was very knowledgeable of the store's products and had us try different models until we found the perfect one! The price was better than we had been finding anywhere and the guys at the store were so very patient and polite and not at all pushy. The delivery we scheduled went very well also. Could not be more pleased with this store. Would definitely recommend them!

I was so impressed with my visit to Mattress Barn this morning! Compared to the other stores I had been to on 192 this was by far the greatest experience. Prompt courteous service, NO PRESSURE sales, clean store, pricing clearly displayed on all products and the mattress I wanted was available and will be delivered tomorrow! Reasonable prices for a quality 10 year warranty mattress! Jason was a delight to work with!

He wasn't pushy, very knowledgeable and worked with me on my purchase of a mattress & adjustable foundation. I definitely recommend John and will buy from this store again.

Very pleasant! The salesman wasn't a "salesman". Let us browse without pestering us. Didn't make is feel pressured to get done and get out. Very nice experience. Even complemented our 4 yr old on how good she was! Gave her a prize for best behaved kid of the day.

My husband and I purchased a Serta mattress from John in September 2017. He was a very honest and friendly salesman from the minute we met. He let us look around and take our time in the store without being pushy at all. We were very satisfied with our experience at the store because of his friendly demeanor. Now fast forward to November 2018 we found ourselves dissatisfied with our mattress because it was bunching and sagging and sleep was uncomfortable, so we decided to give John a call to see if he could help us. With just a few emails back and forth he was able to confirm that our Serta warranty would accept an exchange because the mattress was deemed defective. We stopped in and as always he welcomed us with a big smile and let us look around again! He is a true, honest person. You can tell he cares for his customers and wants you to leave his store happy! I would highly recommend this store and in particular John! :)

We just bought four mattresses from John in the Melbourne store. We visited and talked with John at lease a half dozen times as we moved toward the purchase of our King for our master bedroom. The store is clean and has a relaxed environment. The employees are great. Very knowledgeable, shows you what you're looking for and explains how the mattresses are made. They are not pushy at all (there's nothing worse than going to a store and having the employees follow you around and push you into buying something!) You can tell the owner of this store takes pride in what he does! I would never hesitate to make another purchase from them again!

Just moved to Melbourne two weeks ago. Brought everything except the mattress. Most notable was John's "no pressure" approach; a distinct difference from other mattress outlets we visited. You can expect John to be a straight shooter, knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. This mattress and bedroom set will go into the guest bedroom when we find a house and we will buy a new set for our bedroom; we know where we will get that mattress. I found their prices at or below competitors and their selection more than adequate. It was a pleasure to do business with this organization.
