Darlene and her husband Steve are very professional and answer all your questions and concerns. They stay with you from beginning to the end and will fight for you to make sure the purchase of your home goes as it should be. They own their Title Company and that will make finding the home and closing the deal much easier.
They also have a Property Management for all your Rental needs.

I have recently had the pleasure of doing business with the fine folks at Mizz Realty. I never take the time to give reviews on anything...LOL. however, that being said, the treatment I received from Steve and Darlene (owners) was so far above and beyond the norm, I had to make an exception. In all my years of doing business (I am 61 years old) I have never been treated as professionally nor as warmly as the owners and staff at Mizz Realty have treated me and my wife! This organization took a situation I was in and resolved it quickly and to the satisfaction of all parties involved. From the minute I walked in the doors till the minute I sign the last paper Mizz Realty was at my side. If you told me they had other clients which they do I would be shocked they made me feel like the number one priority from start to finish. They are a team of professionals and their communication is incredible. I never felt like I wasn't being listened to or that they didn't care they handled everything with the upmost professionalism and were able to handle any obstacle that came our way. Apparently there were obstacles but I wouldn't have known they handled everything with a smile and everything with ease. They're incredibly knowledgeable about what they are selling and the areas that they are selling they are always willing to take on something that may seem impossible and make it possible. When I sat at the table and listen to them tell me how they were going to sell my house and help me buy a new one I was thinking this is not going to gets old very fast boy was I wrong they were there to push through everything when they looked me in the eye and told me we're selling this house I deeply believed it and you know what my house was sold right away. Their whole office works as a team they always made themselves available. I am incredibly impressed with the services that were provided for me and I will scream it from the rooftops and recommend them to everybody I know. They were recommended to me through several people that I know and I can tell you they all feel the same way. What an amazing experience I will use them again when the day comes but not too soon because I love the house but they found me.

Steve is a professional salesman, his wife, with her leopard heels is bad for business. I asked her at a chamber meeting to speak with her and she asked me to make an appt. with her asst. Who wants to do business with these folks......not me!

As a property management company this is a complete failure. I was rented out a home with SEVERE roof problems that looked like had been going on for some time. We did not notice the seriousness until our money was taken and we were moved in. We reached out to Brandon multiple times regarding the leaking in the living room and what would be done, he did not care at all. It took him over a year to put a tarp over our living room roof that LEAKED EVERY time it rained. Apparently the owners did not want to pay to fix it and we were never notified until persistent asking. Then the patio roof got worse and worse, leaked all through cracks and ruined everything we had back there, insurance company would not compensate us because this was due to neglect of owners/property manager. Not even the management company gave us a single penny for damages due to their NEGLECT, instead we got a sarcastic remark from Brandon and a threat of eviction for complaining. We were great renters always paid on time but were pushed to the curb because we are a young family of 3. Horrible business is not even the word.

This is the worst property management group I’ve ever worked with. We rented a home for 1.5 years and always paid on time. Brandon never replied to phone messages or emails. We spent the entire 1.5 years without a working dishwasher and with half of the kitchen outlets not working. It took 5 months to get lanai screens repaired. You get the idea. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. An absolutely horrible experience. No one in the office seems to care or be competent.
