From start to finish, DC Roofing provided fantastic customer service and installation at a reasonable price. I had a leak in my old roof, so they worked on expedited schedule to start the project. The only waiting period i experienced was a couple week lead time for manufacture of the new metal roof panels. DC Roofing communicated with me every step of the way.

Once the factory delivered the panels, installation was a breeze. DC Roofing completed the tear-off of the old shingle roof and dry-in in one day, had an inspector already scheduled for the dry-in inspection the following day, completed the installation of new metal roof on the third day, and had an inspector out on the fourth day.

Having previously worked in the construction industry as a project manager, the speed and timing of managing two crews and two inspections in a four day period was no easy task. It speaks to the level of organization of not only the PM and the work crews, but of the whole company. I was impressed.

My new metal roof looks great, the initial quote was reasonable, DC roofing was highly communicative throughout the process, and I could not be happier with the results. Based off my experience, I would recommend DC Roofing to anyone looking for a new roof.

DC roofing replaced my Roof in 2023 after a hail storm. I had a multitude of issues going on with my house and needed to expedite replacing my roof. This is a busy operation and they were very up front about time frames for getting the job done. Given the circumstances of my situation the owners were willing to work with me to help get the job done earlier. A huge thank you to David and Collen and Amie! Everybody who I have dealt with was extremely polite and professional. The Roofing crew were super hard working and professional. Look this is construction things come up and don’t always go exactly according to plan. Anytime I had a question or concern somebody responded quickly and made it right. Can’t say how nice it is to deal with people who are personable and have integrity. They went out of their way to help me out in a pinch and do the job right. Shout out again to the Owners, Amie Mills, Abi, Felix, Joe, Lee. Would definitely recommend this roofing company to anybody.

Been working on getting my roof replaced for months with no luck. Spoke with the owner Dave and his staff…extremely knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. DC Roofing is the best! Edward was extremely nice and brought me roof samples multiple times so that I had a chance to really look at the best color before deciding on my new roof. This is my first time replacing a roof, but this company was the one I chose. I contacted a few others and got quotes from each. I chose DC Roofing because they just made me feel comfortable, and went out of their way to help me with my insurance. Even after I replaced the roof and paid my bill they still took time out to help me talking back and forth with my insurance company more than once.
The work done was completed in a timely manner and cleaned up well before they left. If you need a new roof I have no doubt they can help you.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with DC Roofing, start to finish. After I initially reached out to them by phone, I was contacted by one of their representatives, Leigh, who went to the home to assess my needs. He was so patient in answering all my questions and explaining the reasoning behind his recommendations. I had contacted 5 other area roofers, and DC's price was very competitive. The ladies I dealt with for scheduling, Amber and Joanelle were also very helpful and professional throughout the process. Their flexibility in scheduling was greatly appreciated, as I had a specific one week window that I had available. The crew that came and did the work was hard working, courteous and professional. Once they left you would have never even known they were there. The clean up was perfect. I highly recommend this company.

DC roofing did an excellent job on my new metal roof. They showed up when they said they would, did each phase of the job efficiently, and cleaned up afterwards. When I had questions about the new installation, Bartolo the crew supervisor took the time to explain the process. Even taking metal remnants from the new roof and demonstrating how it went together. From his ability to explain the process you could see he was very experienced and knew his trade well. I would recommend DC roofing to anyone looking for a metal roofing contractor.

Great experience from start to finish. We live 1,000 miles away and own a rental in Barefoot Bay, Florida. I was nervous about the process, being so far away. Joanna made me feel comfortable, answered all of my questions and communication was top notch. The crew was efficient and cleaned up the property. You would never knew they were there. They did a great job replacing our roof in just 1 day. No dumpster! They use their own trailers! Edward took very good care of us. My only complaint was the litter. We had the old tar paper scraps come off our carport metal roof through 2 rains.

This is almost hard to write as DC roofing has left me speechless with their performance as a company. From start to finish Dave and Colleen made the entire dreaded process as smooth and comfortable as possible. Not only did they offer the best price in town, Dave personally came to repair my roof and verify that everything was perfect in preventing us from having anymore issues with our roof. We ran into a few issues during the install and instead of making them problems, Dave managed to turn them into positives by working with us making solutions that benefited both him and I. This was truly a no hassle, stress free process and I have a new beautiful leak free roof to show for it.
