I love Pottery Barn’s beautiful high in relaxing quality furniture. I particularly love Pottery Barn’s relaxing style sofas. Pottery Barn selections is definitely my style, high quality, great atmosphere and exceptionally comfortable. I absolutely love the new location in The Virginia Beach Town Center. Be prepared to wait for your special delivery.

I usually go for pick ups in store, when ordering online. So far it’s been a very pleasant experience everytime I go in to pick up my items. Very quick and easy. Usually it’s ready same day and I’ll be able to go and get it within 4-7 days from date of purchase. I wish they had better and more parking!

Every time I go into pottery barn everyone is always welcoming and kind. I have never had a bad experience in the store, the people that work there have the best customer service you will find in Hampton Roads. I highly recommend them for all of your home decor needs.

I do not usually write reviews, however Jeff was so amazing tonight I just MUST give my sincere THANKS! I have seriously contemplated the Pearce Sectional for YEARS (about 5-6 to be exact), but was so gun shy to pull the trigger on such a major purchase. Times like these call for expertise and Jeff was exactly what I needed. He covered room size, design, lifestyle and more to assist with my decision...and with compassion! Thank you Jeff! Beautiful store with beautiful items to sell if you are a big girl and don't need someone to help you shop. I had no problem with customer service. Some people will never be happy, not me I love this place.

I was only there to return something, but the service I received was superior.. including them bringing a cart to my car to help move the heavy item. Thank you!!
