Alan was absolutely amazing, provided wondrous customer service, he took the time to make sure we tested all the mattress we were interested in. We went there to get one mattress and ended getting 1 mattress 2 back spring and a base. He was very knowledgeable and answer all our questions. We will be visiting soon for something else. Thank you for such great product with very affordable prices.

Okay so I lost my husband and I needed a mattress so I went looking on Marketplace and I found this wonderful company that responded very quickly, very respectfully and I have one of the best person to help me between the owner Greg the wonderful man Alan he was phenomenal on explaining what the beds were wasn't pushy answered all the questions! When they said to call for an appointment it's because they do spend one-on-one time with you for your needs and that felt like something that anyone looking for something comfortable to talk to you about your bed! Then it was really hard but I had to get rid of my husband's pillow and he was talking to me about these cool pillows and they're absolutely amazing! And then hours later after I left I got a wonderful text message from Alan just thanking me for choosing them for mattress and a pillow! I love how he explained the warranties and so much more plus the sales you save is absolutely amazing! The absolute best mattress buying experience ever! Made an appointment and Alan met us right on time. He showed us several extremely well priced options and we were very impressed with the quality and comfort. No pushy salesman, no pressure sales tactics. We bought a mattress and a cover and are very pleased with our purchase. We saved a small fortune as well. I highly recommend them!

I called the Box Drop Mattress in Melbourne, Florida, left a message and received an immediate return call. I set an appointment for later that same day. I met with the owner, Greg Heller and tested the exact mattress I ordered. It arrived about 10 days later and was delivered and set up for me at my house. The delivery man, Chris, was punctual, pleasant and made sure I was happy with everything. Everyone I dealt with from the owners to the delivery man was polite, friendly, professional and followed through to ensure I had a great experience! I would recommend this business to anyone looking to purchase a bed or mattress or both!

First of all I'd like to start off by saying this is a veteran owned business which I strongly support! These people were so kind and so fast at their job we were in and out of there and less than 45 minutes.. got a brand new platform bed with a brand new mattress.. and they had a special where I had to only pay a $1.10 cents down! GO SEEM MY FRIENDS IF YOU NEED A BED!! THEY WILL HOOK YOU STRAIGHT UP... TELL THEM TRENA SENT YOU!!

The couple that owns the place is extremely friendly and welcoming.I felt comfortable the second I walked in the door.
