The best cricket store in brevard county my fiance and I have been to by far! Both women (forgot their names, sry) were very sweet and helpful. Really great customer service here. We'll be moving to a different city soon and will still continue to come to this store.

BEST service I've EVER had! My mother and I went in just yesterday to get new phones because ours had gotten old and began malfunctioning. Unfortunately, my mom and I seem to be the only 2 people in our area who enjoy and insist on using flip phones! It was obviously difficult for both Toby and Chase to deal with our antiquated technology and our insistence on keeping it. But they went above and beyond! Chase even went to another store for us to get our flip phones in the afternoon traffic! Toby stayed with us and answered our questions the whole time and both of them put a lot of time and effort into getting us set up. They were polite and courteous and great company while we waited for our new phones. 10/10 Would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND to a friend OR stranger!

Amazing location, once lost a dead phone and they showed me how to find it using gps at no cost. Staff is super helpful and personable. Chase today helped my fiance and I get a new phone that was in our budget. He went the extra mile and clearly knew his stuff. Nice to work with someone who actually seems to enjoy tech.

This is the single best customer service experience I've ever had. The current manager Kevin was so helpful and personable and I actually enjoyed switching cellphone providers. Which we all know can be a very gruelling process. I usually never let salesmen up sell me but he was very honest about the prices and deals. I originally just wanted a Sim card for my new Google Pixel 3 XL and walked away with two new phones for my parents. I will recommend Cricket to anyone looking for a new phone provider because they put every other provider to shame.

Dont ever go to another cricket in your life! I know I wont!!! Jonathan was the nicest and moat helpful salesperaon ive ever met! Most companies make u call qhen porting over your old number.... He definitely did it for me! With a smile and a sence of humor! I was super aggravated.... had 4 kids in the car driving me crazy.... And was in a rush! He even tried to save me money without me asking! Ive been a saleswoman for years, but my experience with this store and jonathan was great! Not to mention hes easy on the eyes! Cisco and Danny were amazing! They made it such an easy and fun experience. They were very patient with my daughter after she accidentally set one of the phone alarms off. They gave her a mini basketball to play with. Best place ever!!
