Tripod Aluminum

It's taking me a while to write this review but our service was exceptional. The quality of work done here is incredible. While, just like everyone else, we had to wait two or three months for it to get installed, we have never been happier. We feel like it's sturdy and it looks amazing!

Tripod Aluminum built our screen enclosure! We are super happy! The City of Port Saint Lucie gave us a run for our money because our 1984 house was noncomplying and we had to get extra permits and variances. Once we finished making the city happy Tripod Aluminum got right back on the project. We are super super happy!

I contracted Tripod Aluminum to screen in our front porch and install double doors. Even though it took time for all components to arrive, when they did the final install, they did an excellent job. The team they sent was great. The two worked very well together. They were efficient and meticulous. They cleaned up everything afterward. Thank you, Tripod Aluminum.

We recently had a patio and screen enclosure built by Tripod. We received quotes from about 5 providers and found their pricing to be competitive without sacrificing quality. The front office was professional and patiently answered our questions and kept us up to date with scheduling. Because we had a patio installed, our package included construction by their business partner and we pleased with the quality of construction and professional workmanship of the stone paver patio. In addition we had a number of customizations including the install of reinforced concrete and electric for a hot tub, underground stereo wiring, and an outdoor shower. The entire team was accommodating to allow for my electrician and my own customizations. The end results were amazing!

Tripod built the cage for our pool and it has stood up without needing any serious repairs through 2 hurricanes so far. I did need to replace a hinge on a door and they were very quick in supplying the needed hinge.

I just want to commend the two guys rescreened my pool and replaced every visible screw in my tripod provided full screen, which was originally installed in 2006

Love my new screen room

We paid over 9 thousand dollars to get a screen enclosure installed and construction started in January. It wasn't done correctly so it didn't pass inspection with the city. I've been calling for months and Tripod aluminum doesn't seem to care at all. They say that they'll call or come out and they haven't once called me to let me know if they'll fix the poor job that was done.
A fixture was left hanging dangerously and blocked an exit. I had to pay someone $400 to fix what was damaged by Tripod. I spoke to Tripod about it and not surprisingly, they didn't care and said I'd have to pay for that myself.
With hurricane season coming up, I have a huge screen enclosure that isn't bolted down correctly and I'm scared of what damage it can do and it worries me that this business doesn't care. Please do business elsewhere and don't waste your time and money.

UPDATE: It turns out the inspector made a mistake while inspecting the enclosure. I'm still not sure why it took so long to get all this resolved, but the screen has been holding together well. We still did have to repair our outdoor light, but at least they did the job properly. Have updated the review from 1 to 4 stars.

Our patio needed screen enclosure but protecting our water view. They created cabling and picture window combination that is beautiful. We dine by the window with family and safe outdoor fun for our handicap son. The office staff was so responsive to our calls and questions during the process.

I have been in the business since '93 and I have never seen anyone cut there K bracing square(bracing in corner side walls of pool enclosures) I guess they don't want to take the time to learn how to figure a degree. also any homeowner can put there mansard corners and wind bracing the way they do they just hold up a piece of 2x2 and mark it not worrying if the roof panel is sitting out of square so there for it is most likely the panel comes out racked. When you do that to corners it probably comes out short or long in either case it comes out of the shop spring loaded. As long as he has been in business you would think he would have taken the time to figure out how to do it right.
they have been installing them that way for a while so why start doing it right now?

Got no reply from company left me with no return call

Called and made an appointment. Arranged my day accordingly. Took off from work.
Waited and waited. No one showed up. Received no call from anyone to explain why an estimator was not on scene. NOTHING!
how inconsiderate of them and downright rude. To think I was going to give them my money and refer them out to my neighbors.
