True Value Of Melbourne

First time homeowner. I had a kitchen drawer break and brought it in for help. I sat the drawer on a counter and Ben and Bill helped me select the appropriate materials for the repair and even measured and cut a piece of wood for me. This is my second or third time in this store and the staff have always been helpful and kind. I will continue to return to this store for future home issues. Thanks again, guys.

The employees at True Value are always friendly whenever I visit the store. Recently, an employee named Gabe was very helpful and patient with me and helped me find very specific screws that I needed. He showed me a bunch of different options for my project and it saved me a ton of time. Thank you !

I often skip the orange and blue stores to come and get my supplies from this true Value Hardware because the employees are exceptionally helpful and give a small business feel that is long lost by the others.

I was greeted so wonderfully when I walked in to true value by Woody he made me feel so welcome and was so gracious to help me find the items I needed I will be letting people know what a great experience I had thank u Woody for the hospitality

It happened again. I was treated like a "valued" customer by one of the sales associates at the True Value Hardware located at 2444 N. Wickham Road, Melbourne, FL 32935. This wonderful learning experience was by a mature member of staff there. Mr. Will Stubbs was simply magnificent. He took the time to not only help me both times I came into the store that day, but he trained me and encouraged me throughout the entire process. He encouraged me to go get the water pump I needed and bring it back so he could help me fit all the right pipes to do the job. I walked away from that wonderful experience confident and competent to do the job at hand. Thank you, Mr. Will Stubbs for making a confident, competent plumber out of me for that job. I came in today with a specialty need. Mike and Will spent about 20mins with me helping to resolve the issue. They helped me get it done and I couldn’t be grateful! This location definitely has my business!

The staff here are very nice. It is sometimes a few cents more than lowes or home depot but the speed makes up for that. The store is packed with a lot of different items.

Great little go to place for those nails, screws, pipes and other home care necessities. They often have useful things at a great sale price.

They are so helpful here. Even if (and that's if) they don't have it they will help you any way they can.

Very nice store with friendly knowledgeable staff which is an asset to have now days. They have something’s other places do not have in stock or even available. Highly recommend if your looking for something hard to find in stock at the store. Awesome work.

Woody and Eddie, 2 very good looking men working on Sunday, June 25th, went above and beyond in assisting a 94 year old woman find the correct hardware for her walker. It had fallen apart, and was dangerous for a quick fix. They spent the time to find the correct hardware, and went above the expectations to actually fix the walker! What service!

As soon as you walk in the checkout counter guy is right there to tell you where your item is.
Easy parking. Lake Washington Wickham red light nearby makes turning north on Wickham when leaving less terrifying.

I went into the store this morning with a couple pieces of my kitchen faucet not knowing what I needed to stop a leak and the nice guy helped me -he fixed with no charge. He was super nice and helpful

Don't think for one second that this place has any flaws because they don't. Reason being I went here today to get pliers and found them with the help of a very nice worker working the cash register and got them for a great price. Secondly their store is very well organized and stocked perfectly. Restrooms are cleaned too and yes employees were wearing masks! Lastly I was looking for a job and asked for a application and was recieved one instantly, hope to work with them in the near future! Thank you personally for such quick response time and for your help I greatly appreciate it. Hope this review reaches thousands. EDIT- I would've gotten a couple pictures of the places interior to show how cleaned and well stocked it was but I didn't do so because I didn't want to come off suspicious like I'm scoping out the place but just take it from me this place is awesome.

1st time in and was impressed by how helpful everyone was. The store was organized and very clean, I'll definitely be back.
