In both cases, Mike was quick to respond (within 24 hours) and make an appointment to survey the scope of work. He called to advise his arrival time and he was punctual! Couldn't believe the manager of the company had the nerve to curse me out after he was supposed to do a job, He came to the door and I asked who it was only to be screamed at and told he didnt want to do the job because it was too hard after being paid. Dont use this company especially if kids live with you, he has no respect for his wordage while on the presence of children
