Doug and his team did an awesome job re-piping our home 5 years ago. Completed the job in 4 hours! And corrected poor workmanship from previous plumbers! We still reach out from time to time to ask for references for other services, as they are pretty up to speed on who are the best in the trades. We contacted Amy just today to ask for an electrician reference and told her the re-pipe is still working perfectly with no issues at all. They were the best price at the time and definitely the best value. I highly recommend Doug, Amy and his team for any re-pipe project you have.

Doug, Amy and the whole team were professional, thorough, and made what could have been an unpleasant experience VERY pleasant. They were extremely reasonably priced, especially given how happy we are with the outcome. They explained the whole process for repiping the house and it went exactly as planned. While you can't avoid a certain amount of dust, they were very tidy, very considerate that this is our home, and we couldn't be happier with the work they did for us!! Doug and Amy were a pleasure, so was the whole team of workers. Did the job in one day and excellent work at that. They really have it down to a science.

Doug and his crew re-plumbed my entire house due to a leak under the concrete slab. They did a great job and finished in less than a day. They also added 2 garden hose faucets and replaced the hot water heater. Very professional, easy to work with, honest, and had the best price too. The person they recommend to repair the dry wall did a great job too.

Doug and his team came in and had the re-pipe job done in about 6 hours. He was highly recommended to us by friends and I would agree Doug Herrell Plumbing are the folks to call for a re-pipe. Thanks Doug.

Five stars is not enough to express our satisfaction with our total home repipe. From the moment Doug walked into our house I knew this was the right company. Doug spent time explaining the repipe process and what we could expect during the project. He and his awesome team arrived on-time and completed the repipe in just one day. Wow!! Not only were they quick, but they were also very thorough, very professional, and did the job right the first time. I would highly recommend Doug Herrell for any of your plumbing needs.

My jaw dropped on how good this entire crew is and the level of detail (everyone knew what to do and it was like a well-oiled machine.) Above and beyond! This level of pride and workmanship is rare nowadays. If you have any slab leak you will have another and if you want the best whole house re-pipe this is the place to go! For us it was done in a day! We had one slab leak that we just cut off (bathroom not in use). Then other signs for another a year later that we ignored, high humidity when the air-condition was on. Wet grout in some places or tiles that felt loose or sounded hollow. All signs you're going to get a big leak soon. For us the slab leak came up in the kitchen. That was the last straw. Re-pipe time!

Doug and his team are extremely efficient and professional. They repiped my 3 bed 2 bath house in about 5 hours. They were the only company that had a solution to repipe the copper pipes to my kitchen island that did not involve breaking tile or going deeper under the house into the ground (company secret). He and his team identified a handful of drain pipes loose not related to repiping and fixed those and replaced a shower head and faucet aerators as well when he didn’t have to for the repiping and now they are flowing better than before. In addition to all of that, they were significantly more affordable than two other local estimates. I will recommend him to anyone locally that needs repiping.

We had our whole house repiped by Doug and his crew. I am a retired Plumbing contractor from Connecticut who had his own business. I watched they did and they did a fabulous job. They come in and they repiped the whole house in one day. The crew had it down. They knew each others moves. I give them a very well deserved 5 stars. No more copper piping under slab worries!!!!

Couple years ago I had a slab leak and contacted Doug Herrell Plumbing. I asked if they did leak detection, they do not but Amy recommended someone. In May I decide it was time to do the re-pipe. Doug & Mac came to my home, gave me an estimate. June 25, the job was completed. Doug;s team was professional, friendly, cleaned up and got the job done in less than 7 hours. Amy (office manager) communicated every step throughout the process and even called the day of the re-pipe. Inspection passed the next day, drywall was repaired (by Jeff, their recommendation).
