Stone Tone Products

I sent an email out asking for some information and got a call from the owner of the company. Very informative helpful guy. I installed a Stone Tone block on my Jackson and it sounds great. Noticably fuller sounding with great sustain and rich harmonics. I will definitely put one in my other guitars in due time.

So been playing guitar for a long time. I have a few guitars with Floyd Rose Tremolos installed, and thought now is a good time to do some upgrades.

The first upgrade I did was get one of those Big Brass sustain blocks to enhance the tone of my Floyd. I also use a term stabilizer so I can pull up and push down hard on the term.

Liked it..but while researching sustain blocks, ran across the Stone Tone Granite sustain blocks by Stone Tone. I thought I would give it a try as well.

When I first got it, I compared it to the weight of the brass blocks I had purchased and felt the Stone Tone was way lighter which made me skeptical as I thought the weight would be the enhancer of good tone.

I installed the Stone Tone sustain block anyway, plugged the guitar in, and all of a sudden I got TONS of harmonics and punch that I knew lived in the guitar, but wasn't coming out before I installed this thing.

Needless to say, I am buying more and putting them in all my Floyd Rose-equipped guitars. What a great mod you can do that DOES make a sonic difference that you can hear and feel.

This mod is worth it!

Stone Tone are the ONLY blocks I'll use on my Floyd Rose guitars! Nothing gives your tone more body, or upper harmonics like attaching a piece of solid granite to your bridge. Plus they're made with pride and craftsmanship right here in the USA. Highly recommended!

These blocks have become my go to. I've just installed my 3rd block. All 3 guitars had very different natural tonal characteristics. As far as tonality these blocks seem to react differently with each guitar you install them in. They seem to pinpoint exactly where your guitar is lacking or overbearing and brings out the best in it. It's almost unbelievable what these blocks will do for tone. Sustain is not lacking with these blocks either and they are very resonant. I as never really fond of the brass and was highly disappointed in titanium. I will be using Stone Tone in all my Floyd equipped guitars from this point on. See for yourself!

Rarely ever coming near the hype in the advertising. When first introduced to the granite sustain blocks for Floyd Rose I thought to myself the only thing this will do is make me able to say "man now this guitar really rocks!" But audibly not much more. I couldn't be happier to admit that I was way off. The science behind them is definitely impressive, but hearing is believing! The improvements in gain acoustically, before you even plug into an amplifier, are unmistakable. The improvements in sustain and tone are immediate as well......you can actually feel the vibrations are stronger than ever. Then amplified.......wow. Never have I felt that a product completely meets and exceeds the claims made of it.
I won't own a Floyd equipt guitar without a Rock Block now. I'm a Stone Tone junkie now. It doesn't matter why or how it works, it just does. Whether active or passive pickups, exotic tone woods or not, you WILL hear and feel improvements throughout the entire audible spectrum after using any one of the products offered by Stone Tone. You won't be disappointed

Put this sustain block in the guitar in the photo. It is definitely a good upgrade. It adds more sustain, and harmonic content while not coloring your tone. It seems to allow the tone wood to resonate on a higher level. Big fan highly recommend stonetone.

Bought my. 28 mm. Block. For my Dean ML 7 years ago I hammer my Floyd rose every day and this block installed as described use pock tight and let set for 12 hours before re stringing has not broke come loose at all .. a sonic maximizer for the guitar the feel in the neck as well as real note sustain.

When I first tried the Stone Tone block I couldn't believe how much difference it makes. Perfectly built, it adds sustain and harmonics to the guitar in a way I never heard from any other Floyd Rose block before. Even the feeling of the strings changes, it's like if the strings pop and have some energy, some sort of life for themselves and you can feel it in your fingers. After you try this block you definitely can't go back. This is definitely one must go upgrade for any Floyd Rose bridge.

Stone tone blocks are the best upgrade you can do for your guitar, It makes every note articulate and really stand out.

I use a Stonetone 37 block.
And I heard it the second I tuned the guitar to pitch without even plugging it in an amp.
If you are curious about these blocks you will not be disappointed. It makes electric guitars sound and play better. Its something you have hear and feel

Since I was introduced to Rob back in 2013/14 at Namm, I've had an issue not owning a Rock Block on any my trem guitars! The difference is real! Warmer tonality, better sustain, an all around upgrade from the standard brass! Highly recommend checking this thing out!

I cannot believe the tone change it has mad tl all my Floyd equipped guitars. Tone is more percussive, smoother, lows are tight miDS are more pronounced and highs are smooth.
Brass is harsh and does not give you the tone of the Rock Block

I've been a huge fan of Stone Tone Floyd Rose Toneblock Upgrades since the first time I witnessed the huge difference in bandwidth and sustain that is only offered by Stone Tone. Other materials offered by other upgrade companies only cover the same spectrum incrementally, and I don't know about you, but my guitar only has room for one tone block... Stone Tone!

After using the Stone Tone Rock Block on my guitars I am a firm believer in this product, it adds more sustain, punch, cut, and articulation in big chords. Aside from a wonderful product their customer service is hands down the best.
