Ive been to numerous dentist offices and they have all been okay or tolerable to deal with. Until I came across this place. I have never felt so welcome and safe to know the doctor knows what shes doing. I had gotten a root canal over 10+ years ago. Smiley dentistry told me I had an infection forming and yet no other dentists advised me of this mind you, I’ve gone every 6 months for routine cleaning and X-rays. I was skeptical at first because I’ve trusted other dentists. Sure enough, I woke up with my face swollen and this dentistry IMMEDIATELY took action to make sure they get me taken care of. Ivette at front desk was very professional and understanding. She made sure to get me in right away and had patience with me as I had a change of insurance. I have nothing but good things to say. They took care of both root canals (no pain) and it was quick and easy procedure. I referred my husband to come here now and we are both pleased. Thank you guys !

I had an emergency broken tooth that didn't allow me to eat properly any longer. They got me in very quickly and went through difficult, time consuming procedures to make sure all my options were available. Once we confirmed tooth was beyond saving with a cap, we pulled it. All care was taken and really appreciated awesome facility and atmosphere. Top rate because that's what I received from the moment waking in the door!

I have been a patient of Dr. Sophia Mikhail for a while now, her staff, Kandi, Rachel, Dalina, Chris and Ivett are just pleasant and welcoming at the time you need a little reassurance of "you'll be fine" if you don't like dentists. I love Dr. Mikhail, she explains everything, gives options and includes me in the treatment plan.

I am a foreign Dentist and I had a dental emergency in December that it was solved in less than 1 hour. It was a pleasure to meet Dr. Sophia Mikhail and her assistant Rachell . They both impressed me with there kind touch and extremely care to make sure I did not feel any discomfort at all. My procedure was smooth, pain free during and after it. Dr. Sophia Mikhail is a dentist I would recommend to anyone and everyone. She and her staff genuinely care about you and takes care to make sure you are 100% comfortable. I had not been to a dentist in at least 12 years because my previous one made the experience horrible. I would leave with my mouth bleeding. I cannot talk highly enough about Dr Mikhail.
Go see her. You won't regret the decision. I will only see her in the future.

Dr Sophia Mikhail is AMAZING! She is kind and compassionate and quick but thorough. She did a filling and talked through what she was about to do and checked my bite multiple times after to make sure it was comfortable. It felt like having a friend fix my mouth. Her assistant Gaby is also wonderful. She is so sweet and did a great job. They work together beautifully. Candi (spelling?) up front is so friendly and has such great energy. The whole office has a really nice feel (which is nice because I know a lot of people have anxiety over the dentist office) and does good work.

Dr. Mikhail is the sweetest dentist. She checks on you regularly during procedures to make sure you are comfortable and always explains everything very thoroughly. I appreciate her expertise and kind personality.

Dr. Sophia and Gaby were both very professional and they explained each step as they helped me in an emergency situation. I was so grateful they got me in right away and that they were so pleasant.

Dr. Mikhail was such a sweet lady! I went with my sister and She told her every step of the process during the procedure. She’s a very sweet person and likes to crack jokes here and there. Would 100% recommend this place.

Dr. Sophia and Gaby were awesome. And as always, the office staff were terrific. They're always personal and make the visit comfortable. They do the best possible for a successful and pleasant visit. For the first time in my life I actually don't mind coming to the dentist office.

I made an emergency appointment here for a fractured tooth that needed extraction. All of the office staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the office itself was very clean and updated. The best part was Dr. Mikhail who was extremely patient and understanding with the pain I was having. After explaining everything and answering any questions I had, she begin the extraction. In spite of being an emergency appointment she took the time to make sure it was done correctly and that I was as comfortable as possible during the process. Each step of the process she communicated what she was doing and as she worked, she repeatedly asked if I was ok. She let me take breaks to rest my jaw when needed and clearly genuinely cares about her patients. It’s a rarity these days to have a Doctor or Dentist who doesn’t just want to rush you out the door and even more rare to have someone as caring as Dr. Mikhail was. I hate going to the dentist but this was one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had in spite of the painful broken tooth I was being seen for.

Great Dentist and staff. Everyone is always singing or humming a song always smiling extremely helpful.The front desk ensures that I get plenty of notice for appointment times and dates. I’ve been very pleased and you will be too!

If you are tired of trying to find a Dental "home", search no more. Since moving to Florida 20 years ago, I have tried five different dental facilities. None compare to my experience at Smile Design Denistry at Osprey Cove in Lutz. Everything, from the top notch spotless treatment areas to the nicely appointed waiting room, was impressive. All the staff from receptionist to Dental Hygienist were friendly, helpful, empathetic and engaging. My dentist, Dr. Sophia Mikhail was above and beyond any other dentist that I have ever experienced. You will not be disappointed. Give them a try.

Smile Design Dentistry of Osprey Cove. My experience has been that they all go out of their way to accommodate their patients wishes and personal needs in order to provide as positive an experience as possible. A prime example is Sherry Tadros, RDH, my Hygienist for the majority of my care. Her patience and flexibility to modify her technique in order to better make the experience as positive as possible is deeply appreciated.

I have a big fear of dental work but Dr Hussein was very amazing in his ability to make me feel relaxed during my dental procedure. He is very gentle and I felt at ease!! This office staff is amazing and my assistant, Shrouk went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable every step of the way!! I def recommend this office and he will be the only dentist I will go to!! 10+ stars for this team!

The were very passionate about their job and their clients. They made sure that I was comfortable the whole time I was there getting fitted for dentures. I have hated dentist in the past but I love this office and I will send everyone I know to them.

Such a great place for Anything having to do with your teeth. they went out of their way to make sure everything I needed was taken care of immediately

The staff is very friendly and personable. Today I saw a new dental assistant (new to me), she was very thorough and gentle to my needs. Not many people will say they enjoy going to the dentist (including me). But they make you feel comfortable and like they really care about you. I don't think I would ever change the practice where we go.

Dr. Hussein gave me the most beautiful smile back. I have lips again and dentures that actually suction in. I am allergic to adhesives. Highly recommended. Mandy was very friendly and listened to my input. Clean office full of smiling people making people smile
