I was immediately greeted when I walked in the door by the employee that was working in customer service, which was great because I needed help finding what I was there for. She directed me to aisle 4 - I didn’t see what I was looking for, so there were two other female employees walking up the aisle. I grabbed them and asked them, and they told me the same thing I was in the correct dial, but they only had the color white (I was looking for a tub and shower repair kit) but I believe it was my fault because I said I was looking for a resurfacing kit– either way customer service was great. The store is extremely clean and organized and all of the employees seem to be very knowledgeable and kind. Five star review for you, Lowe’s.

I needed to get a 15” with the wheel and zerk. They didn’t have it in stock. I checked the other big box store, and they didn’t carry in stock either. But Robbie, even though he could not supply it, help me find a place to get it. This is why I always go to Lowe’s first. They care about taking care of the Customer. He was very polite and helpful.

I like Lowe's, and their associates can be knowledgeable. That said, it would be nice if they had byers in the electrical department that know the market in this area to keep us from having no choice but to purchase products from their competitors. I visited three Lowe's locations in search of shallow plastic remodel jbox for prefab homes that are capable of holding 4 14-2 Romex. Most of their competitors have this product in stock.

This is one of the best Lowe's I've been to. The employees are very nice and the store is well stocked. If I had any suggestions for them is a lot less stuff in the travel lanes. They have more displays in the way. But great employees so I'll put up with the stuff in the way.

Date night at Lowe's. Gotta love the sheds set up in the parking lot. Perfect for keeping those intimate moments private. Only wish they had sinks to wash up after but they don't so we just clean up by wiping our love juices on the door handles before getting dressed.

The staff there is THE BEST! They went out of their way to help me find the right materials for my project at the best price and gave me so.e GREAT ideas!!! Just WOW!! Give them all a raise!!!

This Lowe's is very busy but it is well stocked and the staff is very friendly. In particular, Andrea in cabinetry design is extremely knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to work with. Their Schuler cabinetry line is very impressive with dove tail construction, full overlay doors, plenty of specialty features and plenty of door styles and finishes. Darren and his brother in installations did an excellent job as well.

We frequent Lowe’s several times a month but in dade city. Will definitely be coming back to this location from now on, every single worker was beyond kind and helpful and it was very clean👏🏻

I needed some slightly unusual light bulbs. Lowe's has a very extensive selection.

I went here to find a bird of Paradise Plant. I found two of them in a good price range for the size it was, matter of fact I bough both. Thank You Lowe’s!

Prices are getting crazy but everything is , still love Lowes i go there almost every weekend. I am always doing projects they have what I need

The staff here is better than any Lowe’s I’ve been to always friendly and helpful. Went today to look at a few things and saw this on my way in. To the manager of this store, you sir/ma’am have my business. What a special touch for Memorial Day. God bless our military members, thank you for your service!

Picked up a couple of items for a project, we were able to find what we needed complete our purchase quickly and get back to the worksite.

My refrigerator died on a Saturday evening. Aaaah!!! I looked on line at Lowe's inventory. Found a nice refrigerator with all of the specs and features my family needed and wanted. However, that model couldn't be delivered until a week later! No good, so I drove to the store. I met Rick--sales associate in the appliances department. He was busy with another customer, but GREETED ME AND ACKNOWLEDGED THAT I WAS A CUSTOMER. He politely gave me updates of how soon he could help me so I didn't feel forgotten. When it was my turn, Rick and his supervisor (3-24-18) were courteous, professional, and efficient. Time ticked away, but I found a better model than the one I found online. It was in stock, in the color I wanted AND it was 34% off. I saved $200 there. I needed to apply for a Lowe's card and Rick's manager helped there. Again, efficient, courteous, and professional! I also received a 10% discount for the new Lowe's card AND was able to get delivery THE NEXT DAY.
Sunday, I received a call with the time range of delivery--just a 2 hour window. Tito and Randy arrived on time, hauled away the old clunker, set up the new fridge, the ice maker, and the water filtration system! Before leaving, Tito tested EVERYTHING to be sure it was operating properly. Tito made sure the carpet wasn't soiled and that the walls weren't scratched. Top notch service. Now, I can cook dinner and properly store the leftovers. Also, kuddos to the associate who helped me find the ice maker. I love my neighborhood Lowe's.

They had exactly what I needed in an LED outdoor light. The employees were extremely helpful and directed me around the store as an example; "they are on aisle 22". Lowe's home improvement stores offer veterans a 10% discount and also parking up front. Pro Desk rocks. Now more discounts fir veterans
