I purchased new Pathfinder Platinum from AutoNation Nissan Marietta and this my 2nd new Vehicle from them. The sales team and finance managers are very cooperative and knowledgeable people they help me to figure out about my monthly payment and interest rate. They have alot of new vehicle in the lot with special deals on it, their prices and very reasonable, affordable and accurate. I definitely recommend them. Specifically, Felix, the new car manager is very helpful.

Perfect dealership experience! Duncan was super helpful offering just the right amount of info and helping us select a good car. He knew when to step back and allow the family a moment. We never felt pressured to make a decision or purchase a car from here like we did at other Nissan dealerships. Both Duncan & Myles did great!! I was so impressed that I even referred a friend of mine to Duncan over other dealerships.

Been to autonation Nissan Marietta a few times. Other times were fine, but this last visit was awesome. RICH HUFFMAN was beyond fantastic. He was honest and not over sell me on the services that my car needs. I really appreciate that since being a woman, I don’t know any of this without my husband or father with me. I came in to check out a car I saw on line. My sales lady was Jasmine…. WoW!!!! What a great person. The Sales Mgr and Finance Guy were so easy to work with. I have never in my life been treated so nice and respectful buying a car. My experience was so wonderful, I felt as though I was part of their family. It was such FUN!!! I highly advise anyone to go talk with these friends if you are looking to purchase a car!!

I dropped off my car for a slipping transmission. I bought it at another location less than a year ago and took it here for service. The great people here hooked me up with a shiny new transmission under warranty. After the claim was approved these guys went straight to work. I can tell the service advisor Stephen here is an honest guy, so if I need more help down the line, I will be back.

Very customer friendly and provide a comfortable waiting area with water, coffee, tea and vending. Very clean facility with clean restroom. You don't mind waiting. I was there about 2.5 hours (which is what they told me when I scheduled the appointment) getting a complete tuneup and oil change. I was pleased to see that they put on new windshield wipers at no charge and also provided a few other filters at no charge. I actually drive 45 minutes to this location, because I am familiar with them and they have always done a great job.

I took my 2017 Nissan Pathfinder into AutoNation on 2-21-2024 for its 76000 mile check-up. My scheduled appointment was at 10:00 a.m. I arrived at the Dealership at 9:55 , Rich logged my car into the computer around 10:05 a.m. and i was on my way home at 10:15. Over the last two years, Rich has been a pleasant person to work with, good communicator, and seems to really care about me and my car.

I was able to book a same day express appointment. I was greeted from the door and treated with so much love until I left. The service was quick and my service advisor was very knowledgeable.

How a dealership should be - Michelle and Myles set the bar. We never once felt like we were being ‘sold’ a car. They were both friendly, respectful, honest, and knowledgeable - helping us, but never pushing us. Michelle gave us space to do our research and kept it human, which we so appreciated. We now have a beautiful new car at a great price. If you’re looking for your next car, I highly recommend stopping by AutoNation Nissan Marietta (ask for Michelle!).

I couldn’t be more grateful for the help I received at AutoNation Nissan Marietta, especially from my service advisor, Rich Hoffman. My steering wheel was shaking when I went over 40mph. After being told nonsense from several body shops, I finally decided to bring my car to AutoNation and they were the first to tell me that I had broke my power steering rack/pinion inside itself. Rich thoroughly explained to me what was wrong with my car and even broke it down in “hospital metaphors” so I could really understand. I brought my car in on Monday to be diagnosed, I dropped my car off on Wednesday to be serviced, and picked my car back up on Friday. Rich kept me updated on everything, even sent me videos of the condition of my car. I really appreciated that. My car is no longer shaking and driving smoothly now. I’d definitely recommend this place for car service. 100/10!

As always, Richard greets me with enthusiasm and knows my name when I come into the dealership. I never have to worry about my car when I leave it for service. He always keeps me informed about the time, the recommended cost and service for my repairs. Richard's personality and kindness makes the experience getting my car serviced stress free. He is a great asset to the Service Department and is a person who makes a difference.

This was the BEST car buying experience I've ever had! I don't know if it was end-of-the-month incentives or if they always do great deals here, but I couldn't be happier with the numbers and 3.99% Nissan financing. Jonathan is a great sales guy. He really wanted to make sure we knew the features of the car we test drove and is just a pleasant person to be around. No high-pressure sales tactics at all.

Myles is the perfect Sales Manager! Definitely ask for him. After the test drive, we sat down to negotiate and within an hour had a done deal. He literally saved us thousands of dollars compared to an Out The Door price quote I received from a competing dealership for nearly the same exact 2024 model we were shopping for. Our entire family likes this car even better.

A Sentra with quilted leather seats, sunroof, and premium 8-speaker Bose sound system? Sign me up! Well, I actually did sign up yesterday with absolutely no regrets. This is the way car buying should be for everyone. Take advantage of it!

The customer service and the work that you guys do here is amazing. Always so kind and helpful and explains everything thoroughly! Always so clean too when I go. I typically visit in the early mornings so I am usually in and out which I love as well. Keep up the great work.

I just bought a beautiful car from Auto Nation Nissan Marietta. I have been hoping to wait till the first of the year but the car that I had was giving me problems so I had touched base with Salesman Jaime 2 months ago and when I finally went I was so pleased Jaime that's very courteous showed me this beautiful Derek handle the financial part of buying my car with ease and thoroughly explained everything to me. There were numerous finance options. Although I hoped my pricing would have been a little less, under the circumstances, I am totally pleased with my purchase.

Mr. Richard Philadelphia is the absolute BEST!!! He kept me constantly informed on my car, estimates, and future repairs and even set up for me to get a ride home when I had to have my car towed to Nissan. I went to AutoNation today 09/07/2023 with my mother and she purchase a vehicle! The salesman Jaime Pesantes was absolutely amazing! He was knowledgeable, patient and very thorough!
