Holiday Inn Express Hotel Atlanta NW - Powder Springs

I was surprised and distressed to read a review regarding bedbugs, because I was so pleased with the cleanliness of my room during my recent stay here. My experience was such a good one, with the friendliness and helpfulness of the person at the front desk, and my room was spotless. I plan to continue to stay here when I visit my sister who lives in nearby health care services center because I’ve always had a good experience in this hotel.

Had a wonderful stay, friendly and helpful staff. Lady at the front desk was great. Tamika with the breakfast crew was very attentive and awesome, very hospitable. Our room was spacious as we had 3 beds. Will definitely return again when visiting Georgia. Location is great, had everything around you could possibly want and need

Upon arrival, I was greeted by the welcoming staff at the front desk who swiftly checked me in. The check-in process was smooth and efficient.

The room I stayed in was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The comfortable bed provided a restful night's sleep, and the linens were fresh and crisp. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with all the necessary toiletries.

One of the highlights of my stay was the hot breakfast served every morning. The breakfast area was clean and well-organized, with a variety of options to choose from. Tanika, one of the staff members, stood out with her friendly and positive attitude. She greeted each guest with a warm smile and ensured that everyone had a pleasant dining experience.

Throughout my stay, the housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping my room clean and tidy. They replenished the towels and toiletries daily, and the cleanliness of the room was consistently maintained.

The location of the hotel was ideal for exploring the Atlanta area. It was conveniently located near major highways, making it easy to access popular tourist destinations and attractions. Additionally, there were several restaurants and shopping centers in close proximity, providing plenty of dining and entertainment options.

Overall, my experience at Holiday Inn Express NW Atlanta was excellent. The friendly and attentive staff, clean and comfortable accommodations, and convenient location made for a pleasant and enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Atlanta area.

Kind and courteous staff, breakfast could be a little bit better but it is still good also

We visited for a short weekend getaway. The cost was not bad for 2 nights and breakfast was included. Breakfast was your standard hotel breakfast, omlets, sausage, muffins, cereal, yogurt, pancakes, bagels, etc. Nothing too wild, tasted decent. Our room was on the second floor, which had a cute little view of a creek behind the building. The room was exactly what I would expect from a Holiday Inn. It was nice, clean, and decently maintained. The bathroom actually had full-size Dove products, which I thought was nice. The king-size bed was nice but really soft. Someone else left a review about the air conditioning in the room being noisey and they were spot on. The unit is in the room under the window. Man, it's loud. Whenever it came on in the night, it was loud enough to wake me but was able to drownd it out quickly and back to sleep. My husband was able to sleep through it. The hotel is not extravagant. It's a nice Holiday Inn. We don't frequent the area, but if we did and needed a place to stay, we definitely would be back. The staff was super nice and welcoming at check-in. I think his name was Deonte, but he was super nice and answered all the questions I had about checking out. We were there for a specific event, so other than that, we didn't venture out much to see what was in the area. Overall we were very happy with our stay. The hotel was nice and clean and the staff was great. Would definitely recommend to others looking to stay in the area.

I'd like to commend Brianna, the front desk representative, for her exceptional service. When I encountered an issue with my room and approached the front desk, Brianna attentively listened to my explanation without requiring any proof. Despite the challenging circumstances of bad weather and a power outage affecting the systems, Brianna handled the situation with remarkable professionalism.

With a warm smile, she promptly arranged for me to change rooms and even went the extra mile by presenting me with a thoughtful small gift, acknowledging the inconvenience I had experienced in my previous room. Brianna's dedication to customer service truly made a positive impact on my stay, and I want to express my gratitude for her outstanding assistance.

I enjoyed my stay. My room was well maintained, supplied. This was the fist stay where I have stayed and there were 3 sets of towels in bathroom, well stocked coffee area. Buffet area was clean, well stocked, enjoyed the pancakes, first time with that. Seating area and tables well cleaned and attendant very helpful. The only negative remark I have is about my online reservation and did not get refund and definitely did not know I was working with 3 rd party. I have told all my friends, family and acquaintances about this experience.

Brianna checked us in an she was informative and professional. At breakfast, Denise was so helpful and welcoming. Our room was immaculate. Unfortunately, I could't make out the handwriting of the name of the room cleaner on our card. If management sees this review, these are the letters I think i could make out "Na*gi" The hotel is in a quiet area, set back from a main road. Plenty of placs to eat/shop in the area. Definitely can recomment.

I had a class for work in Atlanta and picked this place. It was amazing!! So clean, well stocked, more towels than I even used! Bed was comfortable and smelt fresh! I never walk barefoot in a hotel room but here I did! The staff was so friendly and accommodating! Deonte and Victoria at the front desk were so kind and helpful! Great, stay and hope to stay again one day!

Listen, everyone has good days and bad and when you deal with short trysts ala "Pretty woman" every encounter will be different.

Me, I went full Sugar daddy on this place and spent 2 months here. When I started our "nightly rendezvous" I was but a mere Wood 5 member. At the end of our short-but-sweet relationship and I became a Gold 1 man. That's to say, I stayed here...a lot.

These folks are Excellent, sure mistakes happen but overall they hustled hard to get everyone situated, accommodated, and sometimes inebriated. The GM is one of the hardest working personnel I've ever met and the staff is incredibly friendly and hard working! They try their best to make sure stuff gets done so if they can't make it happen, there is a reason. Please be patient, you will live longer.

They are especially accommodating for traveling workers and they love us Nurses! Is there a cheaper place to stay? Maybe, but they made sure I came back every time.

If I'm ever in the area for any length of time, I'll give you one guess on where I'll be staying, cause that's all you will need!

For hotels in this category, this one does well. The appearance is relatively fresh and modern. The rooms have been updated and have such amenities as USB chargers scattered about. The one thing that needs upgrading is the air conditioning system. The unit in the room is unreasonably loud when it kicks in. Beyond that, the room was good. The included breakfast rotates daily and includes something for nearly everyone. The overall setting is clean and pleasant and I recommend it for someone looking for something in this category and in this neighborhood.

The staff from housekeeper to front desk to the breakfast staff were all extremely friendly and it was not put on. The rooms were spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable! I would stay here again and again and again.

Breakfast was good enough to keep you from having to eave the hotel in the morning. Update: Sitting at the back wall looking through the window at breakfast was a very peaceful moment. And the staff was very courteous.

Marietta GA is hometown to me so visiting was just another time home to see my family! This location was very organized and very clean. In a pandemic, that was especially important to me. Our room smelled and looked clean. Our front desk lady was so welcoming and nice! Through our 4 days stay, she made sure we had everything we needed, and make sure our kids were comfortable. Our house keepers, Dilicia, was very responsive and prompt. We appreciate the hospitality!

It was a really great hotel! The staff was so friendly, the room was clean and I definitely enjoyed my stay. Glad they did a little breakfast bar that was pretty good! When I go back to Ga...im definitely staying here again!

This hotel is always clean and staff is always pleasant and professional. The rooms are always clean and the entire hotel is nice. I kno they have breakfast but I've never gotten up early enough except when I stayed during bad covid times and it was a grab bag but I believe they r back to full breakfast now

Staff ( women ) that worked night shift at check-in was super nice. Room was clean. Only thing asked for trash pickup and towels daily and never got done. Breakfast was served and had big selection. Lady's at breakfast was helpful .

The rooms was very clean and spacious. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They offered sleep late eat late weekend which worked well since I was extremely tired. Holiday Inn Express has figured out the recipe for good customer service.
